But I like Moriarty, so much  

Do you think that will come in series 4?

 

I've seen pictures that are supposed to be shooting and Andrew Scott also went ouy, but I don't know if it's true or false.

I just read today that Andrew Scott was seen on set, but it's not confirmed, and it doesn't mean he's in the show. Have to wait and see, I guess.
