I think Mycroft told Mrs.H to not rent out 221"C" or any other flats. This is because he didn't want any stranger living next to Sherlock perhaps to avoid the knowledge of Sherlock's drug habit or midnight gun firing (Mrs.H is cool about these things). I was wondering that when Sherlock was subjected with the carriage( I won't call them cars) why did he not ride the train. When I saw the episode for the first time I felt that the rat had hid himself inside the tube(under the seat perhaps). I felt Sherlock should have gone in the train to observe anything which stood out. Because he would have entered the same carriage he would have not found it and noticed it extremely fast. After riding the tube i'm pretty sure he would have noticed a siderails onto which the train had stopped. Also shouldn't the train journey have taken a little bit longer now making the average time taken and the time observed in the CCTV footage set suspicion. I'm really sorry if this question has been discussed before. It is a bit difficult to find these questions if they have been questioned before.

The best thing to do is to use our imagination. Make up anything that requires the skills of observation and deduction. It could also be sequence although it is a ridiculous idea and nobody will enjoy it. On the day the creators would post their mysteries, everybody PM's their solutions the mystery creators, after 24-hours the creators stop accepting solutions and post how the case should have been solved. I basically repeated what I said in one of my earlier posts but I wanted to confirm this as our common ground.

Parv your puzzle was too hard. I am thinking that day the puzzle should be something like an unsolved criminal case with images, newsreport .etc

That is a very cool idea. I do think we should it on 22nd of May. I feel this is the most significant day as the creator of Sherlock deserves this. If the entire world can celebrate Christ on the day he was born - Christmas. So should we. First of all there should be a lot of of puzzles. I am guessing that we should be given a plot, evidence found and photos. All of this should be uploaded on Sherlock Holmes Day. In the next 24 hours people will read the mysteries and then post their hypothesis. In the next couple of days these hypothesis will be read by the creators of the mystery and graded on a scale of 1-100. Also posting what they had intended and their general comments. The people will also grade the mystery. We all have more than a month to plan these mysteries so its quite affordable. Let's try it out. depending on the success we can have it next year too. No, Janie. Sherlock the Dragon-Slayer simply does not kill based on how beautiful a person is. That would make him a racist which he is not. Sherlock killed Charles because Charles is pure evil. Irene simply used the information to get protection and probably get a few odd jobs done( like money, safehouse.etc). On the other hand Charles used this information to manipulate the government into doing things that they shouldn't. Irene was a criminal and Charles would dictate people. Information against the PM or almost any man in the world is something very powerful. This information was being used in the wrong way. Did you see how desperate Mary was to hide the information ? My theory : Sherlock realized that Charles was an equally smart person and calculated all moves perfectly. He and John would face imprisonment meaning John would not be able to see his child. Charles was unstoppable and would continue to live a life like this causing pain to a huge number of people. He could still get Mary into trouble so Sherlock would have to listen to him. Killing Charles was the only way out as this is the only thing Charles had not thought of.
