That's what I have now ... an outdated edition I got off eBay. Yeah, it should work for some time, just ... you know.

I have to admit I was happiest with Windows 3.1 ... I understood how it worked! :d

Hey, I'm not digressing, I'm just trying to figure out the best way to manipulate some Cumberbatch photos! :d

Think CAMPer use GIMP, which is free.

When Sherlock's experiments in your kitchen grow into little biotopes because you have no time left to clean.

Or you could use it as excuse - your kitchen is a mess, and you say: 'Just one of Sherlocks experiments...' ::rofl:

Thanks Shadow, that's a good suggestion. I wasn't crazy about the GIMP when I used it a few years ago (they assume you know more than I actually do  ) but maybe they've upgraded it.

Wow. Would that I had time for it, I'd love to play with something like that. I'd do something obsessively Sherlockian, of course.

Grab it while it is still free. ^^

Eh. By the time I got around to using it, it would be 15 versions out of date and no longer work on whatever operating system I've been forced to upgrade to by then. Based on current experience, of course. :d

... when you start to talk English to your coworkers. And your mother...

I don't usually do that in general unless I have spent too much time watching/reading stuff in English for a while at the same day, but I always do that with Sherlock quotes, just because they are in my mind that way. So it can be that I suddenly think of a Sherlock quote in a situation, switch to English for that one and then the rest of the conversations goes on in German.

Probably obsession too...

The best moment is when you use one of Sherlock's quotes and nobody understands you (except sherlockians, of course) :P

Well, I suspect it wouldn't happen so easily, if German was my first language. :-)

Where are you originally from, and since when do you live here? :)

Hah, I did that just today ... "You see, but you do not observe." Nobody got it. Sometimes private jokes are so much fun.....

I agree with the paradox.

Everytime I did that needle work, I could use my fingers as strainer.

Obsession: watching a talk show I normally don't watch just because of Benedict.

When a couple of setlock pics make you feel about as excited and gleeful as a table full of birthday presents the day you turned 7. I thought my love for this series had slowly faded into the comfortable ease of a long-term relationship, where it's just kind of there in my DVD collection and I smile at the memory of watching it like once a week, but with the series 4 tidbits coming in, I realize I am just as much head over heels for Sherlock as ever... :-D
