i for once would not mind Cumberbatch as the Master. Not one bit. I wonder if he would keep the collar form the John Simm incarnation... :D

I think that Benedict would make an awesome Master! And any chance to see more Benedict on our screens is good so I hope it's true! :)

I think he would make a great Master, but I have no idea if it would actually happen. If he kept the collar I would be very happy...

I think Steven Moffat has refuted the rumours, saying there would be no Benedict in Doctor Who "For now"

I doubt they'd ever shoot Benedict as the master, that's a pretty big role I guess and Benedict's already the star of one of Moffat's creations. Although Ben did say he wasn't interested in just one episode of Doctor Who, just seems pretty far off at this point.

Can't wait for Rupert Graves though, so excited to see him in the new episode!

Much as I think he'd do a great job as the master I also think it's pretty unlikely. :)

I'm still quietly hoping he'll manage to persuade Moffat to give Spock Quinto a part in the next series, seeing as by all accounts Mr Quinto is very impressed by Benedict's work on Star Trek so far. :bouncy:
