Personal Introduction

Bored

Recommended Posts

I don't have an idea how people do a 'normal' introduction on these sites; I'm going to do it my way.

The name's ND(my name will be public once I officially start my work as a consulting detective). thinking is what I enjoy the most in this tedious, dull world. Currently on the path of becoming a consulting detective, and I run a website: https://deducter.tumblr.com/

My other interests are mentioned in my profile, so, no, I'm not going to mention them here once more (that would be boring, obviously).

Go on and submit a case on my forum: https://deducter.freeforums.net/

I'm eagerly waiting for a case, riddle, anything! (don't be boring though)

Laters!

Hello, Bored, and welcome to Sherlock Forum!   :welcome:

I had a look at your blog (intriguing) and also your forum.  I find the latter a bit frustrating, though, since apparently I cannot read what has already been posted, I can only post something new.  Perhaps it would be different if I were a member, but I generally don't join a forum till I've read enough of its existing content to have an informed opinion as to whether I would find it interesting / helpful.  So I can at least make a suggestion:  You might attract more members if you allowed newcomers to read the existing content before joining.

I did enjoy your blog, though, and hope you'll make additional contributions to this forum.

Hello Carol,
It's only been a few days since I started the forum; therefore, there is not much content available. Although the content that has already been posted is available for guests that visit the forum. I'm glad you were amused by my website.

OK, I see now, ND -- when I mouse over the thread title, I get a pop-up wanting me to ask a question -- but way over at the right-hand end of the same pop-up there's an option to see what's already there.  Thanks!

That's good to know.
