Where to Send Fan Mail

People have been asking Sherlockology whether -- while Series 3 is filming -- it would be best to send fan mail to the North Gower Street address that doubles for 221B Baker Street, or perhaps to Speedy's Cafe next door. The answer is NO. The actual flats there are occupied by people with no connection to Sherlock, Speedy's has their own business to run, and very little filming takes place on North Gower anyway, since it's used only for Baker Street exterior scenes.

 

The best addresses to use at any time when writing to various cast and crew members are to be found in Sherlockology's Behind the Scenes section. Just click on "Cast" or "Crew" as the case may be, then on the individual's name. There's lots of other good stuff in that section, too!
