  1. I don't have my S3 special edition yet, so can anyone who has a copy confirm that there's also an audio commentary on His Last Vow, as well as The Empty Hearse? When this was originally announced, the extras just listed a commentary for Empty Hearse only, but the BBC shop and Amazon listing now mention a commentary for His Last Vow too.
  2. Good news, there is also going to be a new standalone S3 boxset with the new extras. http://www.bbcshop.com/drama+arts/sherlock-complete-series-3-special-edition-dvd/invt/bbcdvd4004
  3. It's a great set but out of my price range unfortunately. Shame, as the Cultbox article read to me like it was just going to be a new series 3 boxset with the new extras. No mention of the busts, art cards and S1 and 2.
  4. Gatiss tells the Radio Times "We're moving closer to getting a date for Sherlock series four". Speaking to RadioTimes.com on the BAFTA red carpet today, Mark Gatiss has said that he and co-creator Steven Moffat have "moved significantly closer to getting a date in the diary for series four." http://www.radiotimes.com/news/2014-05-18/mark-gatiss-were-moving-closer-to-getting-a-date-for-sherlock-series-four
  5. Thanks for that link. Just watched it back and some other setlock footage and I'm amazed how close everyone is allowed to get to the actual filming, looks like a great day out. I'm only a short train journey away from central London so I'll definitely make the effort to see some S4 filming, whenever that may be.
  6. Hello Carol, Bakerstreet Irregular and Caya. Thanks to you all for the welcome. The Martin Freeman interview on Alan Carr's show just aired here in the UK. No new info regarding S4 unfortunately, only what had already been reported in the radiotimes article a couple of days ago (that Gatiss has a great idea for a one-off special, Freeman would love to do it but no idea when). Fun interview though.
  7. This is pretty much my stance, too. I know everyone involved is very busy but, as Martin Freeman so eloquently put it, "it's one of those things where you have to at some point just go, 'We're going to do it now' - otherwise we could be having this conversation in three years. There comes a time where you've got to piss or get off the pot" Also, Gatiss confirms Sherlock unlikely to return until 2016: https://uk.tv.yahoo.com/gatiss-no-more-sherlock-until-2016-110714647.html
