A. S : Oh God, I looked at all the other introductions after writing this and they are very short. I'm really sorry. I put a warning /!\ Mind the length /!\
(I'm not this talkative in real life)
Hello !
I'm Francesca, not quite sixteen and French (I've noted I'm not the only one)(If you want accuracy, I'm from Corsica). I love drawing, writing, reading, and all this boring stuff most of my classmates don't bother with. Well, I don't have classmates anymore, school finished twenty days ago.
Anyway, I know Sherlock BBC since September 2010 but at the time, the series two were far away so I gradually forgot about it. I watched it again in November 2011 and well. I didn't forget this time, and I became a bit obsessed. Really obsessed. Seriously.
Sherlock BBC made me want to read the ACD books, so I all bought them (... bit by bit), and read them at night or at school and they are fantastic, aren't they ? It makes me sad when I think about Mr Doyle hating his Sherlock Holmes. I'm really not a fan of the film Sherlock Holmes by Guy Ritchie with RDJ, and while I like this actor, commercial action films aren't my thing.
Sherlock Holmes (particularly the BBC one) is eighty per cent of my life for seven months or so, and I'm not even sorry. I drive my friends mad, but they've grown used to it. I don't particularly ship anyone, but I do admit reading an awful lot of fanfictions, mostly Johnlock (way much funnier), mostly to make the pleasure last. But it's still a freaking awful lot. I'm now a fanfictions encyclopaedia. I couldn't speak English at all, not a word, back to November. (Well, I'm not particularly ashamed of my thing with fanfictions, but. It's not something I can be proud of either.)
I really love Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, I hope I will meet them someday regarding my work, but I don't fancy them like I saw some girls do. (My best friend does. Awkward.) I hope they'll have a great life devoid of sadness (at least for a while) and will always smile and be optimistic. I can't wait for the next series, I'm really excited even though I don't want John to get married and leave Baker Street. Would be too gloomy.
Other than Sherlock, I'm a fan of Harry Potter (but not the films), One Piece, Life on Mars (and soon Ashes to Ashes), Tarzan, DreamWorks, Role Play, Mon ciel dans ton enfer (I'm going to translate it into English soon. I just HAVE to), and Doctor Who. (not yet, though. I'm starting with Doctor One. Wish me luck.) Next year I'm going in a scientific class (French scholar system) and... I think that's it. It was a really long introduction. I'm not used to introduce myself. A creepy introduction, too. Sorry if I scared the hell out of you. (Am I allowed to swear ?) Oh ! And I'm also a Hufflepuff. Don't mock me ! I'm proud of it. The French Hufflepuff community is freaking terrifying. I'm not kidding. You should all fear them. (Well anyway, I fear them.)
Good night ! (Oh by the way, if one of you is looking for a French pen pal [or just a pen pal] my PM box is... well. Absolutely empty.)
Sorry for the awful introduction. I'm not good with that kind of things. (Sorry for all the brackets, too. Sort of a tic.)
