Lancaster

Hey! You can call me Lancaster! Or, Lanx, if you're feeling a bit lazy. I prefer to go by they/them pronouns.

I'm a thirty-two year old dork who lives in Pennsylvania with one of my partners and our three cats. (We've also got a millipede. His name is Simon. He's a very good boy.) I have an alarming number of hobbies and interests, but I'm primarily into Sherlock, Doctor Who, Iron Lung (2026), casual gaming, writing, drawing, and I've recently taken up the acoustic guitar and lockpicking. I'm also planning to start my journey into urban exploration in the near future!

I'm a bit shy, but I like to think I'm pretty chill. Feel free to say hello, though I may struggle in one-on-one conversations at times. It may be worth noting that I am autistic and that sometimes affects how I interact with others. But, well... Sherlock fans in particular have always struck me as far more likely to be understanding of that than some other communities.

Fanfiction/Writing Projects

I'm an amateur fanfiction author. My work currently focuses mostly on BBC Sherlock. You can read all of my silly little stories here, if you're particularly bored!

One of my stories, "A Study In Rooftops," has some fairly extensive lore that I've been slowly building. It's nowhere near finished, but it has become a passion project of mine, and I've accumulated quite a bit of lore for it behind the scenes. It introduces a third main character - an original character named Riley Lancaster - to the plot of "A Study In Pink." I've affectionately dubbed the trio "Team 221B." (Fun fact! The alias "Lancaster" actually came from this project of mine.)
