  1. I have two theories as of yet - - It wasn't Moriarty. We haven't even seen the real Moriarty yet. Andrew Scott's Moriarty was indeed an actor/criminal hired by the real Moriarty to pose as him. - It was Mycroft. He hacked the nationwide screens (he has the power) and created the Moriarty gag so that Sheflock is called back.
  2. I am still fairly new at this game. So bear with me! And the previous dialogue is from The Blind Banker. S ?
  3. I think I understand your question. I hope! Sherlock thought he'd figured out the code, and now it was stored in his head. He could then, presumably, use the code to hack any computer and change or delete all of Richard Brook's faked records, and reveal that he was really Moriarty. Unfortunately, the code didn't really exist, that was just a trick of Jim's. Is that what you were looking for? Yes, this is. You mean to say Sherlock had memorized code by seeing Jim tapping on his knees? Me neither!
  4. Hi Raya! Another noob here!
  5. Oh man! If the list did not have Moriarty, I'd surely go for Watson. But since he is there, I cannot deny the fact that he took the episodes he was in to a whole new level. He is the most interesting and entertaining chracter. And in honesty, I would still hesitate to vote Watson the second. It really is the Watson-Holmes combo which I find so adorable about this show, rather than them individually!
  6. I wasn't particularly WoWed by this episode. Soo mqny things wrong in it. I really do prefer ACD's story here by a long shot.
  7. I love Brett as Holmes! Cumberbatch does an awesome job. But Moffat and Gattis play the "I show no sentiments" card too much, which is why Brett overtakes BC as the definitive Holmes. That said, I do find BC's detective funnier and more interesting.
  8. Thanks for the welcome folks!
  9. Re: Moriarty. I see. But what else could Jim expect from Sherlock? He did say a few minutes ago that Sherlock can kill him, threaten him, torture him but he won't reveal the code. Yes but Sherlockon the roof says something like the key code is in hia mind or something. Which is why you can use it to alter records. I didn't really get where exactly Sherlock thinks the key code is planted.
  10. Can anyone explain to me the entire rooftop conversation? I did get the basic idea but, 1) why did Sherlock say the key code was in his head. And that he can kill Brook and bring back Jim? It makes no sense about the key code. 2) What was so radical in what Sherlock said that fully convinced Jim that S will be able to get out the recall code from him and hence forced him to commit suicide?
  11. Haha! That's actually how Mycroft referred to Sherlock in season 3. A dragonslayer. And don't be decieved by my nick. I am a big Sherlock fan, but I am an even bigger Tolkien fan (especially Smaug and Glaurung!)
  12. Hi! I just joined. I first came across the series back in 2011 when I saw ep1. And it is only now that I have finally finished season3. Anyway, I look forward to making some friends here! And to season 4 of course!
