Following - 8/10 Thus I have watched every Nolan movie. That guy in my opinion is a genius and one of the most talented and creative people in showbiz. One of my faves as well, duh.

Nah, the Raid 2 is the official movie title, The Raid Redemption is the first one. If you liked the first one, you've gotta watch the second one. I actually like the second one better, there's way more story and it's executed perfectly. One of the shining modern Martial Arts movies imo. I love the Dark Knight trilogy and yes the Dark Knight in my opinion is the best superhero movie as well and also one of my favorites in any genre.

Batman Begins (rewatch) - 8/10 The Dark Knight (rewatch) - 10/10 The Dark Knight Rises (rewatch) - 9/10

There are so many factors that make La La Land great. I love the cinematography, which is brilliant starting in the very beginning with the seemingly endlessly long dance scene, which was a one take. The colors the imagery were just so good. Then the acting, Stone and Gosling were really good and had really good chemistry, also I think their characters made sense, they're decisions and their behavior. La La Land isn't a romance, it is a movie for dreamers, for people out there wanting to achieve their dream (which is very relatable for me personally). There's many things i loved about this movie and i think it was really creative and risky to make this movie and it payed off, the buzz this movie got was crazy and I personally think it was deserved.

Finally saw La La Land! La La Land - 9/10 L.A. Confidential- 9/10

Both are on my watchlist, glad you liked them.

Lola rennt (Run Lola Run) - 9/10 The first German movie that I really really like, I think. I apparently have to catch up on some more ;) But thus far I've never enjoyed German cinema, this is giving me hope (: Loved it! You guys, this movie I recommend to y'all [emoji120]

The Matrix is one of the best SciFi movies imo, and that every movie nowadays does bullettime and copies off of Matrix isn't the fault of the movie, but rather shows its huge influence and creativity, doesn't it? Also the age doesn't effect the movie negatively for me, the ideas are still super original and even the effects can hold up to movies these days.
