So, a dutch rookie has joined the forum now...

I've started watching sherlock episodes and I kind of dragged all of my friends into it. I'm planning on reading the books too, because i just can't get enough of all the cleverness of sherlock. Any recomendations on where to start with the books would be helpfull...

I'm also really into books, movies and series so you can probably talk about anything of that with me.

You'll see me around here some time!

Hello Mauss96 and welcome to the forum!

I've only recently started with the books myself, but I'm sure someone well-versed in ACD canon will be along shortly with tips on where to start off .

What other books, movies and series are you into? You'll find fans from a lot of different fandoms here ;).

Welcome to the Forum, Mauss96!

The very first account of the fateful meeting between Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John H. Watson is told in "A Study in Scarlet" so a good place to start usually. But with three other full length novels and 54 short stories you can pretty much jump in anywhere.
