  1. Dear Carol: This is Shezza. Greetings!!! Now, what I would like to know is: Whose is that and which one would that part of Desiderata most apply--Benedict or Sophie? The lap looks skinny enough to be Benedict but, without the fingers being outstretched, I can't really say for sure. Your thoughts? Cheers always, Shezza.
  2. Dear All: Belated greetings for 2016to all!! This is has been driving me nuts since I first found it on my Tumblr dashboard about a month or so ago. I've attached the picture of the subject line topic to this post. It's at this point that a little background is in order. "Desiderata" ("all things desired") was written in 1927 by a lawyer/poet named Max Ehrman. It begins: "Go placidly amidst the noise and haste And remember what peace there is in silence." The picture is one of someone's arm (either Benedict's or Sophie's) The tattoo reads: "You are a child of the universe No less than the trees and the stars, you have a right to be here." My question is twofold: Whose arm would that be and who would be more in keeping with the above quote--Benedict or Sophie? I thank you kindly for hearing me out. Cheers always, Shezza.
  3. Hello, All: Belated greetings for 2016!!! This is going to sound silly, but would his inability to say the word "penguin" be related to the fact that his tongue is too big his mouth? I've heard him say that in a couple of GIF files on Tumblr. Now, my question is: How can anyone's tongue be too big for their mouths? Am I just being dim here? Cheers always, Shezza.
  4. Hello, Fellow Sherlockians: This is Shezza. Greetings from Baker Street!!! Since Benedict himself said he would love to play Sherlock as a pensioner, I can see the pair of them making their rounds and saying goodbyes to London and the people they knew--Lestrade, if he's still living; Mike Stamford--the same. They'll then get on a train bound for Sussex where they'll have have a nice little cottage and, after a day of tending to bees and gardens, they'll sit by the fire and recall the days when they were running the streets of London and solving every case Lestrade handed them then look at each other and remember the reason why they fell in love. Cheers always, Shezza.
  5. Hello, Fellow Sherlockians: This is Shezza. Greetings from Canada!!! I heard somewhere that Sherlock was diagnosed as a psychopath, didn't like it and changed said diagnosis to sociopathy. It'll also be helpful to know that the world of psychology no longer uses the words, "psychopath" and "sociopath." What they use now--I have no clue. You must admit that Sherlock is a bit more human than Moriarty; always has been and always will be. Think of Moriarty as a shark. He's always looking for his next victim and has no remorse what so ever about whom he kills and what method he uses or the reason he did it. Sherlock, on the other hand, is willing to keep said shark from its prey, and that prey is the citizens of his beloved city of London. Yes, they do have mental disorders, but they're nothing that your local shrink can't handle. Cheers always, Shezza.
