I assume this is a fan video (have not been able to watch it due to our slow internet connection).  But whatever it is, Sherlockology likes it.

It is indeed a fan video, a short (but extraordinarily well done) musical number on Sherlock's and John's reunion. A lot of attention to detail here, from costumes down to the actors' posture.
