Hi all!

 

So it's actually quite late where I am, I'm going to run off and go to bed soon. But, um, hi! I go by aSnowyEvening on the interwebs, ASE or Snowy or whatever you like for short. Of course I am a Sherlock fan; I'm actually guilty of being a fan of the BBC series and not being very familiar at all with the original canon. Although, I will admit, I did used to watch Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century back when I was a youngion. Anyone else watch it?

 

Ok, off to bed. But yeah, hello everyone! I can't wait to chat with folks about Sherlock!

Hello and welcome!

 

I think the BBC series has opened the door for a lot of people to get familiar with the original Arthur Conan Doyle stories. For a lot of people, the original stores are period drama, as they can't see past that. Moffat and Gatiss have given us a modern day Sherlock, and that may intrigue some enough to go and read the originals! :-)

Yup. Paris/Kim mostly and written a fairly long time ago now. Still have a soft spot for Harry Kim, though...
