Here is the frenchy member talking to you. Why don't we leave here our Skype ID, msn, twitter and FB accounts ? It could be nice to talk to each other apart from here and go further in our relationship !

You're a good detective, Jamy -- I don't know of any other such threads.

 

I think a lot of us have overlooked one feature of our profile page, though. There's a section at the bottom called "Contact Information" (or "Contact Methods" on the edit-your-profile page), with room for your AIM, MSN, Website, ICQ, Yahoo, Jabber, Skype, and Twitter addresses. Admittedly, you can't tell who has posted any contact info without looking at their profile page, which is one advantage of this thread.

 

By the way, I see that you have NOT posted your email address, and that is very good. We strongly discourage anyone from posting their email address, since it encourages spam and all sort of other mischief.

I have a facebook account. It's under Fox Buck. And this site does have private messaging for chats.

Admittedly, you can't tell who has posted any contact info without looking at their profile page, which is one advantage of this thread.

Twitter handles and facebook accounts can be set on your profile, and then they will appear to the left of each post you make. (Look at my posts, just under my avatar, for an example)

 

It should be noted that twitter names should be entered without the leading "@" symbol, or else the "@" will appear twice.
