Sherlock Action Figures -- the Design Phase

No, sorry, I haven't seen any Sherlock action figures in the stores. Not yet. But as you're well aware, the really stupid shows all have their own action figures already, so the toy manufacturers must be getting bored. Let's help them by generously sharing our designs for Sherlock action figures!

 

And who knows? It might actually work.

I'll break the ice with the Anderson action figure (which lowers the IQ of the entire toy chest):

• Disposable blue suit (also serves as trash bag) & rubber gloves
• Detachable beard
• Bottle of deodorant (for men)

More ideas for Anderson, anyone?

Let's see....The Sherlock action figure. With portable microscope engraved with the words Property of St. Bart's....Large, sweeping dramatic wool coat with collar that snaps up to sharpened cheek bones.Trailing blue scarf. And cell phone that makes an orgasmic sigh.

The news that there will soon be some actual Sherlock action figures has inspired me to think of a few additional accessories for our own Mr. Holmes:

• dressing gown
• ear hat / death frisbee
• suit, shirt (cuffs have buttons), no tie
• sheet (underpants optional)

Now how about the other characters?

Why tan slacks? He mostly wore jeans IIRC.

 

You could have an optional extra of a dress uniform (I know we've not seen him in uniform, but you can bet he still has one somewhere).

I vote for the dress uniform!

 

I have the impression that John does wear tan slacks, probably with his nice autumn-color checked shirts. But definitely jeans too (with those all those jumpers!).

 

Can he have a suit? I really like the dark blue-gray (?) one that he wore at Moriarty's trial.

 

John seems to collect jackets, so his action figure should probably have at least one -- the denim one?

 

And how about a cane? Disposable, of course!

Haha Carol, you know the ear hat is really called a deer stalker. They wear them hunting sometimes, or at least they used to. But, of course, Death Frisbee works excellently. I would be using quotation marks, but I am on my iPad. Most of us know what the mobile version does...
