I'm in the middle of the book as I only received it yesterday. There are a lot of good pics behind the scenes as well as stills of the action. Plus it's fun reading some of the emails that went around at the beginning of it all as well as before some of the episodes. And the deleted scene bits in the side bar is kind of fun because some we realize got reworked and put in a different episode. Totally recommend the book to any Sherlockian.

Page 227 shows what's scripted when Sherlock crashes through the window and kisses Molly in the first fake explanation of the Fall in TEH.  It doesn't say anything about a hair-muss.  So either Benedict improvised or the director asked for it.  Cool, huh?

I think I read (man, I am rubbish with the citations lately....) that BC did the hair ruffle on the first take and not on the second, and then Loo told him to do it for the third take because it was hot.  The woman is not wrong.

Hey, Sherlock would have to get the broken glass out of his hair somehow.  Well, wouldn't he?
