I'm Nichola and I am 39 from north London. I love Sherlock to bits and wish didn't have to wait a long time before the next one.

 

I was supposed to have met Benedict at Sherlocked convention but stupid work would not let me have the day off so lost my money

 

could someone make me a avatar and banner with my username I don't mind what pics you use

Welcome! It's great that you have been posting around.

 

I don't know how to help you, but there are admins and moderators who are able to I guess.

They have those magic wands, snow flake machine and I have giant grappling hook (maybe will be) confiscated, so they have it as well I suppose.

 

However, you sure you want any avatar and banner?

How about Magnussen as avatar with him licking face as banner? XD

Or general Shan? XD

Some things are best left to your preference I guess.

(But I notice you have an avatar).

Are you happy with your current avatar, Nichola?  If not, what sort of thing would you like?  (As VBS just pointed out, there are surely some themes you would prefer to avoid!)  There are a bunch of people around here (not just staff) who know how to help people find good avatars.

You could try searching Google images on

... and see what comes up.  Just recall that the image can't be any larger than 100 x 100 pixels, and there's also a byte limit.

what a shame about work not giving you that day off..... spoilsports.... if I needed (NEEDED!!) to attend a convention my colleagues i'm sure would have been happy to swap a shift with me..... guess not every workplace is as accommodating.. :(

Byte limit is 50kb.  I just looked b/c I was like "I can have a GIF as an avatar?!?!"  lol   Finding a GIF at 50kb might be tricky.  I would think it would have to be a super small image.
