#b(2)

Answer:

Ok, I have to admit that I'm a bit confused about b (2)

How can a real hen lay a wooden egg? Or am I missing something? And this doesn't answer the first question about whose egg it is...

But I'm not a very bright person, to be honest.

sorry for late reply.... I was not at home for a few days.....Anyway

#b(1) It is right that wooden hen can't lay egg. So there is no question whose egg it is? That is the answer.

#b(2) It is already given that there is a hen and there is a egg but "only" hen is read. So obviously egg is made of wood. So there is no question whose egg it is?

I know it isn't the perfect one....But it is how it is...

Try #c it is perfectly logical one.....

Hi, kbahr007 -- welcome to Sherlock Forum!  :welcome:

These have probably all been answered

1. it is an unopened parachute

2. Stood on block of Ice and hung himself

3. The poison was in the ice

I think you're right about all of those, but if you want to be sure, you can scroll back through the posts and watch for the answers given by whoever originally posted the questions.

The surest way to refer to a previous post is to quote it in your reply.  Just look in the bottom-right corner of the post you're referring to, and click the "Quote" button.  You'll be taken to an Edit page where you'll see a quote of the original post, plus room for your reply.

This usually works well, but sometimes you won't be able to get the cursor outside of the quote box, and of course you don't want your own reply to look like it's part of the quote.  The best workaround I've found is to click on the "light switch" at the left side of the editor toolbar.  This will toggle you into a very basic editor mode, where you'll see all the codes (but don't worry, you don't need to do anything with them).  Just position your cursor AFTER all the codes and everything, and start typing.  Then you can toggle back into full editor mode at amy time (by clicking the same "light switch" again) and finish your post.
