  1. So I know that I haven't been on here for a while and to be honest I still may just check in sporadically, but know that BBC Sherlock and you all got me through a very tough time of my life. Since the last time I've had a child. Her name is Kennedy. I am officially a single mom and have been on the prowl for my forever mate. I thought you might like some pics of my current life. https://photos.app.goo.gl/kUCRAiMvPGrLcjzm6
  2. Alrighty then. I can't picture that, but I would be willing to see it. If anyone could do it, It would be Emma Thompson or overrated Meryl Streep.
  3. Have there been any other E's to enter the forum. I was out last night and I was with a friend who is an INTP and uh he was just like smiling shyly at me while I was carrying on a conversation with a table of strangers across from us. Where are the E's that like this show. I guess I'm just a strange Extrovert! But my E' personality type is not all that common, about 7% of the population I believe. Which is a lot of people but you know.
  4. Yes I really love the part where they are walking away as the Lestrade and crew try to figure out who tried to kill the cabby. It was like the beginning of their friendship was verified and we just know there are going to be many adventures to come.
  5. Okay so I have a new favorite scene! You, YOU, You.... TAB
  6. You're right. Abominable Bride more and more Brilliant! Looking forward to the Spring!
  7. Okay well you trumped me on level of fandom. You go girl! Oh the word trumped. That man could actually become the next President of the United States of America.
  8. Yep, same here! And no, I haven't spotted the VR either, even when Moffat stood right there and pointed it out to me. Yeah I had to watch it a second time as well. That's almost how it is with all of these episodes which is what makes it so AWESOME!
  9. I think you guys are missing that that part is Incredibly relevant, which is why they were so focused on him dying within 2 1/2-5 years. They've been alluding to the idea that Mycroft has a disease that is slowly / quickly killing him. I think that maybe Sherlock's heroine addiction for increasing his thinking power is a sham... He's often sad because just like Redbead the death of his brother is imminent. I'm just not sure how much of that mind palace scene we can take as gospel. In the mind palace, Mycroft is basically dying of gluttony. Now, has Sherlock just made up this dying bet as some sort of rivalry? Sherlock and Mycroft are certainly known to be competitive. Is he imagining all of this because he's aware of a disease Mycroft has? I dunno. I think it could be foreshadowing, and I'm certainly concerned that it might be, but I'm not 100% sold on this meaning Mycroft is ill and dying. I'm actually more concerned that Mycroft will be killed off in season 4, not from some illness, but by sacrificing himself for Sherlock. Because I 100% believe he would do that for his little brother. That means that everything in the special could still be foreshadowing Mycroft's death, including Mycroft asking John to look after Sherlock and his (erroneously) telling Sherlock he'll always be there, without it being exactly the same as the mind palace (illness). I disagree 100%. Outside of his mind palace Mycroft was acting as if his time was short. He was literally begging John to look after his brother. I'm not completely convinced that he would die for Sherlock seeing that he was exiling him to a mission that would most certainly lead to his death... Sooooo
  10. So now because of how that show ended and Moriarty's death is parallel to the death of Ricolleti's?, and it was important that Sherlock made it seem as if he hadn't solved the case for the sake of the Women's Suffrage movement... Are they saying that it's important that Sherlock doesn't stop Moriarty's crew because he's doing something for the good of humanity. Now I have to go back and watch every episode where Moriarty is a presence to completely understand what his purpose is.

  12. Now there's a thought to mull over on a cold winter evening! ("... and it's always 1895.") It's roughly impossible to avoid offending everybody. I know you're not saying this, but somehow it seems to be acceptable to poke fun at skinny people (or at least, not as bad as poking fun at fat people), but I don't think this is because skinny people are less likely to have their feelings hurt. Apparently each era has its list of people that it's OK to make fun of and people that it's not. I can see that some people might be concerned that TAB's portrayal of Mycroft was ridiculing fat people, but my first reaction upon seeing him was to laugh because they had surprised me by showing the canon character, not because "ha-ha, he's fat." Also, they showed Sherlock childishly teasing his brother about his weight, which surely creates more sympathy for Mycroft than for Sherlock. Did it even occur to Moftiss that people might take the resemblance so seriously? Since both of them are relatively young and also British, they may not realize that the KKK is still active in the US, and fairly openly so (though their tactics are perforce more subtle these days). Moftiss may think of the KKK as merely a bugbear from the quaint past and a clever tie-in with the orange pips. I think that Mycroft is definitely one of the characters that will die.
  13. I'm watching again in 9 minutes on 16 again (Think TV).
  14. Your result: You are Watson Some people are born leaders, others are born foot-soldiers: you are neither. You are a great second-in-command. That's not to say you're deficient in any way, it's just you are at your best when you are enabling someone to achieve their vision. This is partly due to your intense loyalty, and partly due to your need to take part in something you can truly believe in. We could all use as good a friend as you.
  15. Your result: You are Jonny Lee Miller's Sherlock from 'Elementary' : Booooo, my least favorite Sherlock. You're a tricksy one and no mistake. A sneer never far from your lips and a cunning plan at the back of your mind to manipulate people into doing exactly what you want them to do. More often than not, these things have a higher purpose, but my golly it doesn't make you many friends along the way. All that rushing around is bewildering too. Should this be a concern (everyone needs at least one friend, surely?) maybe you could tone down the superiority complex. For someone who is so interested in making deductions based on people's common habits, what does it say about you that you can't keep your scathing thoughts to yourself? Scared of being ignored, are we? Whatever the reason, you may be a perfect thinking machine, but as an associate you're hard work. Whether you choose to do anything about that is entirely up to you.
  16. All though I wouldn't lose any sleep over Mary's assassination. I think that's what should happen, she should be assassinated. The most American Icon you lot have on this forum. Shoot I say just have an American police officer vacationing in Europe just have any main character challenge his authority... Yep that'll do it. What's sad is that that scene would be completely believable.
  17. I completely agree. Can't stand her character. Kill her off! :xmas:
  18. Well I've been going through the whole eviction process over here, sooooo. Now I'm going to live with my mom for the next few weeks or so. I don't think I could take it for a month. I hate moving, waaaay to much work.
  19. Hello Shadow Dweller... You are not familiar with me because I took like an 8 month break, but for users of this forum who have been around for awhile are very much aware of my disdain for Molly? Can't stand her character, her behavior is so weak... they tried to make her character stronger by having her slap Sherlock like a billion times in Season 3, but then I came to despise her even more. She still dresses and carries herself like a complete slob.
  20. I don't know... Pregnancy???
  21. Welcome to my world.... Umm, I suspect I had it first! :P Nope, Jess says she's an ENFP. I just took the test again per I feel that I've been kind of closed off to the world lately... Still an ENFP... I guess even though I've been a bit depressed, that is part of my personality when I get overwhelmed with life. Which has been unexpectedly hard lately... Which apparently is due to my free spirit way of life that seems to only represent 7% of the total population? How can anyone or group or organization possibly know that???
  22. I would love it if Molly dies. I'd be absolutely ECSTATIC!!! Die Molly Die! I don't even want her to be transferred anywhere. I don't even want her to move away to a different country or continent per they may have her come back. I want her to die. I don't even want her to appear in dream sequences after death. Just kill her off already, I really hope that is the heartbreak they are talking about. Take me to that dark place... I welcome it.
