I tried to figure out how to begin a topic.. I gave up. Similarities between SIP & TLV: Episode 1, Season 1 A Study inbPink: 1. Sherlock dashes down same exact staircase to solve the case of the pink Lady. John isn't even an after thought. 2. Camera pans over top Sherlock. His stunningly blue eyes open. He has 3 patches on his arm to kick his smoking habit. 3. John kills the serial killing caby as a last option to save Sherlock's life. Episode 3, Season 3 His Last Vow: 1. Sherlock fights to survive after being shot. He needs to make sure John is safe. So he struggles up that same staircase to get to John. Who is now his best friend. No longer an after thought. 2. The camera pans atop of Sherlock. His beautiful eyes open. He's in a hospital bed attached to morphine. 3. Sherlock shoots Magnussen as a last resort to save John and Mary. That is why I love this series so much. It takes love for something to put so much detail into each & every show.

I don't understand why most people posting believe that John is angry with Sherlock. I feel that what he said @ the end of The Last Vow..."Well he (Moriarty), better wrap up warm- There's an east wind comming", meant that he continues to see Sherlock as a hero. England's hero. Also I really hope that the images/videos of Moriarty is just some loyal living subject of his that they kill off in the very 1st 3 minutes of the 1st episode of season 4. And NO MORE Moriarty! Please! The ocassional flashback fine, but enough already.

And just so you know it's not past 3 am here in Dayton OH.. It's only 10:34pm. So I'm not a night owl.

OK this convo is a bit old now.... However I watching the Empty Hearse again & I thought when it gets cold... I think I'll begin to the my scarf like that. The way Sherlock does.

My favorite part in the last vow was when Cumberbatch came up those stairs defying death. This time fighting to save his friend vs. Leaving him hanging like he did in the study in pink. I mean the way that serious is linked together. Props to the writers!

I love his well fitted dress shirts and slacks. Hate his shoes though.
