Elementary I agree. When I found he was going to be on Jimmy Fallon. It really took me back. I was like blech that's the same guy that plays Sherlock. But now I'm used to seeing him with red hair & he sort of grew on me, but yeah the makeup & hair in Sherlock really brings out his eyes & the amazing contours in his face, that his natural look does not.

Balance of probability Redbeard.... The above theory is reaching @ best. ( in my head I'm posting this in the voice of Mycroft) Now back to my voice: Redbeard that's the kind of theory that Anderson would come up with. A bit exaggerated don't you think. I'm reading the whole thing... Did I miss a mention of Darren Brown?!

    You! Its always you.

Slap him becaus he's telling husbands to control their wives! But now since I chose to agree with Cayas point of view, not feeling the desire to slap him anymore.

You don't think that could make the show a bit predictable & we be like ok we know you play the violin dude, so on you go now, solve a crime & stop boring us kind of response.

I just had an idea. Maybe the writers meant for TBB to have weaker plot as homage to original canon stories not paying full attention to detail.
  9. jesskayding
Ohhh. So its still good... Like TBB. it's all comming together now.

Okay. So I think Sherlock didn't have friends yet in SIP, but in TRF he had friends & life matters now. Sherlock death wish? Hmmm. I think for him is he can't stand being bored. He wants every moment in life to have blood pumping through his viens. He needs excitement If he's not doing adventurous things, he turns to the "recreational"

It blows me away that his works were bearable for reading. I would think folk would be like... This is unacceptable!

Yeah. I did wonder how in the World did John not notice Sherlock missing. But when Sherlock wants alone time, he will make it happen. I didn't consider that there would be several situations where John wouldn't be worried if he'd go missing for a few days & vise versa.

Awwww. That's kind of disappointing. Sherlock is such a beloved character & story apparently. Oh, this was just Doyles job, how mundane. Hmm

You know I'm noticing in every show there would have been a more natural response to this or that. It has me thinking. The past 15 years movies really try to get rid of those yeah right moments. Back in the day, the story was just the story. Rather it was plausable or not. Do you think the writers of this Sherlock is just getting back to good ole fashioned story telling?

Ok. In my mind I thought this was going to be a television series. But actually it will be a movie for the year 2015. Ok. Well that's fine too.

Yeah that is really sad & scary honestly. I used to keep up with the news. Now I'm starting to feel life is too short. The news hardly ever inspires.

    I could've given birth in the 90's, but I was being a responsible tween/teen.

Thank you Caya. What would the forum do without you & Carol?

How does the creator of a story get the dates wrong???
  24. jesskayding
Hmmm. Well inquiring minds want to know.

That's what I was thinking. Then this conflicting report came out.
