Not a restraining order, I would think. Wrong kind of crime and anyway they'd probably have to reveal too much of Mary's past in order to bring charges. However..... Now yer talkin'!! Probably almost impossible to trace back to CAM, but fortunately for the good guys they happen to have a genius detective on hand ..... ooops, wait, never mind, he couldn't be bothered to investigate. They could trace it per for some reason, CAM chose to record that incident instead of storing it in his mind palace.?? Also I was thinking restraining order, per people here get them for harassment. Peeing in someone's fireplace & licking a woman's face would qualify. Per harassment charge wouldn't benefit him to write anything about them in his paper per would be violating his punishment, if he was so charged.

I think it's all creative. Even using a gun.. The way one uses it, the words they may say, the expression on their faces. It all depends. I really love that scene with Sherlock & the CIA agent. It's one of my favorites.

Yeah. It seem that it's not against Sherlock law for anyone to carry a gun. It could be possible that Lestrade didn't notice per all the excitement of being charged @ by a gigantic HOUND.

So if Mark is joking about asking someone to play the third sibling. May we assume they will definitely introduce the sibling in season four. Maybe in episode 2 or 3?

Hay, now that I think about it... CAM was a criminal! He could have been arrested for kidnapping, drugging & then putting someone in a bonfire. Here in the US, there would be like @ least 4- 5 counts against him. Assault, Kidnapping, attempted murder, disturbing the peace... There are others but I don't know what the exact charge would be... Just for the John incident alone! So yeah this is a whole other government @ work. One full of reckless abandonment for all that is wholesome and decent!

Never even thought of that. They had WiFi in the middle of a field with the boomerang guy. Also in HLV, they wouldn't have been able to get a restraining order on CAM? Or is that an American thing?

Xylophone... Hay how many x words truly exist in Sherlock. Besides I bet if he wanted to, he could master it.

I did say Sherlock. my second favorite is probably Lestrade. I find him really loveable. They made his character a little overly stupid for a detective. But I really like him. I hope they don't kill him off or anything.

That Idris. He's becoming a favorited Britt amongst us here in the US. I Still have this dislike for him. He played his part so well as Jim's antagonist in 'The Office'. I hated him so much, leave my Jim alone! Anyways... I digress. I think I need to work on forgiving him now.

SJ! You stinker. I need like nearly every letter to get these things. Surprisingly I'm very good @ Wheel of Fortune.

Oh what great sense that all makes! Maybe another example is the omnipresence of Mycroft Holmes as "The British Government"? Could one man get away with something like that in a government such as England's in all reality? Hay, that's exactly what I thought when I read Carol's post. Dooo dooo dooo dooo dooo dooo ( the twighlight zone )

You know it seemed he was at some red carpet event. He was answering questions. It was you, Caya or sfmpco that posted it most likely. I forget which thread it was in, but now I'm like, fine well never know how he fell off that roof & survived.

Hmmm, so the mate was due to him not being a good manipulator. See I see this as Mary's manipulation... Not John's- which is why he didn't deliver the rouse very well. She manipulated them both.. Hence the departing thumbs up to both of them standing in two different doorways.
