I fell in love with the Honey Badger after an episode of the Anderson Cooper show. A kid of Jack Hannah personality brought one on the show & was promoting his new children's book 'Honey Badger Don't Care'. I found it hilarious. Them a supervisor sent this out on the floor & I died laughing.

Hay, she grew up in the world of crime. I'm sure she could figure out how to amp up a resume. Not only that she's quite attractive. & she's well spoken. So mature. I'm not gay, & I think I fell in love with her. I don't think I'm joking.

You know what's deep. I just realized that if she hadn't said she had help from Moriarty, perhaps Sherlock would have thought she was quite brilliant. But when she said that, she opened herself up to be easily read by Sherlock. Because now all of her texts to him & the flirting, made it obvious that her feelings for him were real. Then he cracked the code to her heart. I still get chills every time I am Sherlocked. Mercy! I hope they have another moment like that happen in series 4.

Well I forgive everyone, except the villains. So if Sherlock had some mind erasing power, & could delete CAM'S memory, I'm sure he would have. We'd all love that. There are some consequences that are far more cruel than murder. CAM was very aware of that. To the point where he ruined lives & caused people to feel no other way out except thru suicide. Or in Mary's or Sherlock's case homicide. Would we wrather have seen it end with Mary & Sherlock blowing their brains out or Magnussen's. I vote Magnussen's. ( picture my left hand raised in the air.)

Well real life isn't ever so neat. We all look different in different light sources. They don't hesitate with less than attractive angles in his face either. I mean sfmpco, look @ your icon, emotional but not cute. They manipulate his face thru peepholes, by lying him down flat, lighting when he's getting a shave in one of Mycroft's offices. Sometimes they do closuups that purposely flattens & elongates his face. They always chose some of the homeliest newspaper renderings. I sometimes wonder if they're thumbing critics who felt Cumberbatch wasn't sexy enough for the part.

Yeah, you Europeans seem to be buck wild! Although in the movie 'Love Actually' gives this portrayal of American women being sex addicts.

"Get Your Wife Under Control."
jesskayding replied to jesskayding's topic in BBC Sherlock General Discussion.
From what I see, is maybe while a man is still maturing he may want the easy girl. However they marry good girls .. In general. Now Mary apparently was a bad bad girl. Its what the Dr. ordered. So really it depends on what the guy likes. Just like it depends on what the woman wants. According to Steve Harvey women hold all the cards. We have to believe that & trust our intuition. Somebody tells you I'm v the man " you do what I tell you, when I tell you, how I tell you" walk away, no matter how much of yourself you've given to him. That's in quotes because I dated a man who said those exact words to me. I left a pair of dress pants and my Aretha Franklin anthology CD'S behind, but I didn't look back. He stalked me for a little bit after. So my point is we as women, control how we will be treated in a relationship. Just got to have high esteem. I prefer to be single all my life than to end up in miserable marriage or long-term partnership. -
Oh. Sorry to hear you went thru that. It is true that men get praised for their sexual conquest. Also this could be a geographical thing. In some of the much bigger cities, men fall in love with strippers, Soooooo. I guess it really depends. I live along the bible belt, so society still judge women & take men's side when it comes to that.

Yes. Welcome Pat. So yeah, I went on tangent about this BB thing in another thread & one of the moderators started it as a new topic. Now I fully understand why it bothered people. I guess I was just looking @ it as a wonderful story. But yeah there are things that were done that didn't make since, just so that we could get to a different part of the story. Despite all that. I still really love it, yet its not my favorite. And when I considered all the other episodes. I rank it @ # 7. Whomp whomp But that's only because to me I love them all, even if I would of liked to see something done differently in some of them.

Exactly Bakerstreet! Magnussen is the bad guy here... I'm sorry I prefer Sherlock alive over him. And you didn't completely answer my question Zain. Murder is wrong. So why forgive Mary (the person who killed for a living @ some point) & not Sherlock? A little hypocritical of everyone... No?

Cool. If they ever discover that silent movie... They could probably make a few bucks if they put on the big screen. I'd pay for that. Nice bonus if they throw in historical commentary throughout or at the end.

Was Sherlock Holmes A Chess Player ?
jesskayding replied to Truthhunter's topic in General Sherlock Holmes Discussion
He played chess w/ Mycroft. I'm convinced @ this point that you all are just playing devil's advocate. Sherlock certainly doesn't use that chessboard as decoration for his coffee table. However I don't think he's a chess player, he simply knows how to play. He probably plays board games as much as he watches television. -
Hmmm. I believe that men who offer sexual pleasure for money are referred to as male prostitutes. No hypocrisy there. However, there are double standards when it comes to promiscuous behaviors. Unfortunately women do bear more responsibility per if having sex with multiple men & you get pregnant... Who's the father? As a woman you have a lot of work to do. It's a cost to count when a woman sleeps with more than 1-3 partners @ a time. By the way I'm not taking the side of society. I'm just saying that there is a much bigger price to pay as woman who decides to live that way.

How cone Sherlock gets so much flack for shooting CAM, A straight up terrorist in my mind, but everyone seems so quick to forgive Mary for shooting the Heroe of the story, because Sherlock forgave her, so why shouldn't we, right. Well the writers, & the British government have decided to forgive Sherlock, so why shouldn't we? I just don't understand the controversy over this.
