Well I did a quick search for user names containing the name "Carrie" and yours was the only one. So I guess that if you tried to sign up before it must have been unsuccessful. I'm glad you managed it this time.

This will enable you to change your profile settings and add signatures and so forth, also when you are un-validated all of your posts will need to be approved by a Moderator before they are seen.
