Yeah, I know, Bev -- that had me fooled too.  But if you look closely at the details in the photos above, it really does all seem to be the same room -- just shot from different angles, maybe with different lenses.

Inge made me watch The Crooked Man. Well, this is definitely not my kind of storytelling (sorry, guys), but I spotted something that reminded me of something :D

It's probably only me, but I immediately thought of the STable Room. The figures are not identical, but somehow... similar.

And here comes a photo from the Sherlock Chronicles book showing the room in slightly different perspective.

Good heavens! How do they manage to make that table look so small in some scenes? Is it just the camera angle, or does it have removable leaves?

Now I'm wondering what the floor plan would look like. Is the area where the table sits actually a separate room in some sense, and merely adjacent to the room with the fireplace and living-room-type furniture?

They might also have more than one table for different set ups. Sort of like the forced perspective props in LOTR, etc. -- ?

I still think that looks more like a conference table/room than a dining table/room. Could be both, I suppose. But those objects on the shelf thingy (back right) don't look very dining related either. Anyway, if it's a conference room that would explain why he gets messages and holds meetings with dominatrices there....?

That really is amazing how different that room (and table) looks size-wise just depending on the angle.

Hey, the spam filter lets you say "dominatrices"!  So if one wants to advertise such a service on this forum, it has to offer multiple ladies, not just one at a time!
