Hi Everyone,

 

My name is Jo, 28 from Sydney Australia.

 

I am a really big fan of the Sherlock series. I can't believe that I have been living under a rock all this time!! I saw the new trailer for series 4. I cannot wait.

 

Also I will be coming to London next year and it would be awesome to meet fellow Sherlock fans as well and do the walking tour!

Actually.. (look around), I'm not very sure who are the Brits here. There are American, German, Poles, Austrian, Italian, and unknown planet. ??

 

Anyway, nice to have you here. Does Australia has good Sherlock fan base? I easily found common Sherlock's stuff there like Cluedo, DVD, Funko and I believe there is online Sherlock merchandize from Oz. Did you have The Abominable Bride in theaters?

Definitely not me. I am heartless person who prefer Sherlock to celibate because I like Sherlock and John platonic relationship so much and I don't watch Sherlock for love stories.

However, I think there are couple of Johnlockers here. Keep looking, get out there and join the discussions, you won't find them here. :p

Hey, a person who shares my name (I am just spelled with a 'k' instead of 'c'...). ;)

I like Johnlock but also Mary and John and John/Sherlock platonic. It's a mood thing with me. I heard about tumblr but also that it's bit extreme, so I don't think I am in with that SO much, but there's a place for everything, so I agree with VBS, there's surely people 'round here sharing the thoughts of Johnlock as you do yourself. :D

 

Btw it's Jo's thread, so Hi to Sydney! (My favourite neighbours come from Australia, too; can't wait to see them again next year when they return (they're currently at home visiting their people there for a year... :D ).

I'm not sure I've been watching the series and downloaded the whole series on ITunes.

 

I will definitely check out the Sherlock merchandise!

Don't be shy Veronica your English sounds pretty good!! I love the whole nerdiness of the show and how intelligent Sherlock. Everyone thinks his a smart ass but I don't see him like that. They way he can read people but also his relationship with Watson and how he has become more observant with his actions. ..

 

My favourite is his relationship with Mrs Hudson lol. Especially in the drunk scene in series 3 on the stairs and he says " Ahh Hudders " lol

Hear hear, I too love his relationship with Hudders. Especially when she comes in to talk to him before the wedding; he's so pained by her chit chat. But you know he adores her at the same time.
