  1. 99.390 times I prefer certain sociopath's evil grin.
  2. I believe it buys you extra time and people are more tolerant when you destroying things while looking like a panda.
  3. Oh my.. so true.. hahahaha, and pages to describe a meal Agree. It is very clear in the book that the walk is the progression of Cersei still thinking she is the great, ending with her realizing that she is indeed not that great and has many flaws. Missing the essence of storylines, is getting too often, leads to disappointing Season 5 and parts of Season 4. I still can't understand why they left Tysha storyline out when Jamie rescued Tyrion. For me, that is so important.. otherwise why would a smart Tyrion wandering through the tunnels and made a visit instead of escaping? Not enough motivation. Therefore, I think this might be the time I really understand what you had been saying about Sherlock, Toby. That you prefer for it to end at Season 3, instead of having more seasons that may ruin it. Although I don't fully agree about Sherlock, yet, cross finger I will never! Hopefully never see the day for it to get bad. I feel nothing for GoT now. It has gone downhill to just another TV series for me. While we are on it, there is a show that really cherish the realism of human body. It's not my favourite show, but I applaud them for it. Check Orange Is The New Black, the actors are proudly displaying their faces and bodies, untouched.
  4. It's pretty conclusive to me: introverts are brainier. XD Read this one in The Darwin Award couple of years ago, and agree that this case deserve a Darwin Award.
  5. The whole room would scream back..,"Don't tell me I don't!!!!" Oh...there are some restrictions to bring fruits or fresh produce to other countries, but didn't know that you can't bring it inter state in the same country?
  6. Little bit delete scene that I wish they put in: In Buckingham Palace: But it's Sherlock that you want - what am I doing here? (replacement for Equerry) I did wonder myself, Mycroft. My baby brother is a genius in his chosen field. But in this case, we need a genius with a conscience - which, typically, my brother has outsourced. Oh great, I'm Jiminy Cricket. The Holmes brothers both laugh - a rare moment of bonding. Actually, that rather works. :sherlock2: It does, doesn't it? Imho, the scene is great for so many reasons: - Mycroft calls Sherlock baby brother in front of the Equerry and John. Younger siblings hate that. - Mycroft admits that Sherlock is a genius in his field. - Mycroft recognizes Sherlock's lack of conscience and recognizes John is the one balancing him. - There is a way to outsource conscience, people!!! - As acknowledged in the script itself, it's a rare bonding moment for Holmes Brothers. Again, if there ever lack of reasons to love John Watson, being able to stand the two brothers proves that he is special human being; appreciate intelligences although finding himself at the frustrating ends many times.
  7. Don't have enough time to check, so sorry if I got it wrong, this is based on water-logged memory: Regarding why the intruder didn't kill Sherlock: I thought they purposely didn't want to kill him. In her unbearable moment of speech in tunnel XD, General Shan told John something along this line,"Why do you think when a killer doesn't shoot straight? It tells you that he doesn't really try." It was kind of established (regardless how absurd it is to the plot) that Shan wanted Sherlock to 'help' her find the missing jade. Sherlock was almost choked to death when John forcefully squeezed his face inside the mail slot and shouted,"I am Sherlock Holmes. Nobody can compete with my massive intellect!" So I guess at this point, the intruder decided to let go so that they can use Sherlock's brain. Shan must be aware of Sherlock reputation because of the connection with Moriarty. Of course they should kill Sherlock since they mistaken him as 'not Sherlock'. But maybe they thought this frantic guy is kind of hardworking sniffer who might be the muscle and useful for John (as Sherlock). Regarding the opened window. I guess because according to Sherlock, closing the window will make it a much better locked room mystery. Little detail that help the intruder to create less readable crime scene?
  8. Oh yes, credit for finding and posting efforts. The images made my day. Arghh.. for some reason I can't see the images, even when I click, they don't appear. The tittles that you gave is killing me with curiosity XD I second J.P, don't think it's doubt. Can't speak for others, but it's quite common to find myself in situation where I take different interests, make different choices or have different opinions. Little question 'is there something wrong with me?' does pop up but then 'Naaah. I don't have to be like that just because the rest do.' Improper explanation, I know. But it gives good feeling at the end that I don't really have to like THAT ugly vase just because everyone loves it, for example.
  9. Rowdy guy at the bar who questioned Sherlock's knowledge of ash.
  10. 99.397 times Sherlock talks to John when he is not around.
  11. Working is boring like what we always say. I need to sleep, although sleeping is boring too. Well fed indeed, could it be beer guts? Now that you mention, the middle guy kind of looks Italian to me. Mafia..maybe they are leisurely planning to give someone a kiss of death..
  12. Oh my, that is not half ass..! That is at least 5/4 asses for me, yes, more than one ass! Thank you!! mahahahaha, Mycroft reaction, especially the second image, really fit into your given caption. Didn't realize this one. Hillarious! Those make me literally laugh out loud, which I probably shouldn't, because it's sleeping time for everyone else. But mahahahaha... !!
  13. Please remember to tag me. As much as I am an ignorant clot about those fancy writing, I enjoy rhythmic word playing. May the muse strike you again! (And I am sure there are many grammatical errors somewhere here) XD
  14. Yes I believe it needs another keystroke, unless it's a word that you always use. Not sure though, I hate auto-complete with all my guts and disable it permanently on every device, because it keeps screwing anything that I type. Two unimportant things for SIB: - If John wants Sherlock not to work on Christmas, he should have hung mistletoes above every possible working areas. - John suggested to Irene's Anthea that Mycroft should consider meeting him in cafe. At the end, Mycroft actually met John in cafe, even though he might not have access to that info because the girl was not his Anthea.
  15. I thought Mycroft is full of emotion this episode. His multiple angry face in Buckingham palace. Him being scolded at Baker Street. I love all. Wish someone would collect all Mycroft's expressions. Wish and you shall receive? Wish. Wish. Wish. May not be all, but I'll see what I can do for this ep. Thank you so much for the effort!!! Oh my. Hate when it happens. Let me help: :comp: :comp: :comp: :comp: :comp: On side note: Which episode this scene comes from? Can't recall it.
  16. You should let it happens more often. Not that I wish the hiatus is longer. God no.
  17. That was what I worry about, prefer not seeing that see him in lousy roles. So it seems like I have nothing to worry about. With this, I think it's official, he is kicking everyone climbing and perch on top as favourite actor. Hiddleston? Maybe I won't skip this one. Of all the Avenger's heroes, I actually root for Locki. And for Khan, I root for him all the way. He could destroy everyone, everything and I would still cheer. He is not a bad guy, just trying to protect his family. XD And super smart. Again, smart is always sexy.
  18. Been hesitating, not sure it's a decent idea but here it goes.. As Sherlock's fans, maybe we should at least try to play Holmes brother's childhood game. It doesn't really matter how it turns out. So we can try to make deductions by just looking at pictures. Mostly, there is no right or wrong. You can add your deductions (debates and discussion are good), You can put any pictures (that complies) that you find interesting as deduction source, Or if anyone wants to, you can also put own picture; for example, picture of your bedroom or someone else that you know, and have fun seeing whether others make the right deductions about that. These are some images I took from web and know nothing about to get it started. I give each image a tittle for easy identification. Let's further deduce... THREE MEN SITTING ON A BENCH These guys might live nearby. They don't carry things with them, no coats for travelling. Although it could be summer, they could be practical guys (who dislike carry stuffs outside using their pockets). They might be waiting for something. Friend? Bus? YELLOW BEDROOM Room of three young kids, youngest kids possibly 3 years old and above that are already allowed to play with toys with lose parts. Oldest being the one who occupies the bed on the right, maybe a big sister, around 9 years or older. FRIENDS IN A CAFE Friends who are still in the process of knowing each other more? Because the body languages are still shy and awkward, especially for the girls and maybe the guy with hat. Looks like a cafe that doesn't sell heavy food. WORKER'S HAND Right handed. Construction worker?
  19. Doesn't sound like too high a priority from here . 10 June, one week before finale. Arghhh... Maybe I'm optimistic because I thought he would care more about his work being 'ruined'. Beside that, there should be certain level of influence from the show and fan's reactions to his writing, and I don't think he likes it as a writer. Also, with all the theories created out there, from years and years of hiatus and waiting, sooner or later, there would be nothing unique left. But, then again, I have only been waiting for 3-4 years..
  20. Some more for your list.... (these are merely the highlights, imo....) Starter for 10 Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy Warhorse Stuart: A Life Backwards To the Ends of the Earth The Last Enemy Parade's End Thank you! Are they good, and with good dose of BC  as bonus?
  21. Imho, not alien! I also don't get why we 'have to' match the parent's excitement either. Would just stand there not knowing what to do, I'm not even capable to fake any kind of interest or excitement at all. Called 'heartless' 'robot' (no alien yet) with multiple nagging questions of why? Ditto. I always leave wedding early. It's a triumph for me, not something sad.
  22. You sound like my mother, except that changes in hairstyle have always seemed to confuse her even worse. There were two times when she came to pick me up (once at a summer conference and once at college) and I had changed my hairstyle since she had last seen me. Both times, she walked into my dorm room, looked me in the eye, and asked, "Is Carol here?" A similar thing happened at my niece's graduation, but admittedly Mom's eyesight was causing problems by then. I will tend to think someone looks a bit familiar, but have no idea where I know them from or what their name is. Alex, on the other hand, is amazingly good at recognition, which is sometimes a help to me, but can also be an embarrassment (if he assumes that I also recognize the person we're talking with). There is a condition (often hereditary) called prosopagnosia, face-blindness. Cracked did an interview with an afflicted person recently, which did a good job of explaining and showing the day-to-day problems, imo. Interesting (for the fact), didn't know it's a condition. I recognize faces (although take looong time to remember where/when did I see him/her) but total failure when it comes to names. Got many embarrassing situations when I refer to a name (according to X....) when actually talking to X. Also, didn't know that it used to be passport-free to cross to Canada from America. I imagine it must be great (in a way) to go everywhere without all those administrative tediousness.
  23. They are all attractive people, aren't they? Lestrade looks like a hottie, BC has very nice smiles, like the nerdy Martin, grumpy Andrew, smart looking Lara and sweet Louise.
