    I don't think the killing of CAM was meant to be brutish, I certainly don't see it that way. This was not a cold blooded, calculated move on his part. He even had to steal a gun to do it. He did not go into Appledore packing. He was counting on a cerebriel confrontation with CAM, unfortunately CAM presented him with nothing at all in that area to work with. No hardcopy, no files, no physical letters to use as barganing chips. CAM held all the cards, and to save the people Sherlock loved and cared about left him with only one recourse. Burn the vaults even if it meant destroying the vehicle that carried them.

    Or they could be custom fitted so that they can't be taken off unless in dire straights where they have a coded sequence to release them .

    Nononono....Jess....that wasn't canon....at least not according to Doyle. That was someone trying to figure out how many wives Dr. John H. Watson did have. We know that in canon he had two. I think Mrs. Hudson was a shot in the dark and a very bad one at that.

    Westminster has been the location for Baker Street since its establishment in what ever year the burrow was mapped out in London its self. Only the address of 221b was ever fictional until quite recently. So sorry Jessica, since you gave the wrong address no flowers and bonbons foryou.

    No, I don't know if I can see Sherlock enjoying shopping at all. He couldn't be bothered getting milk or even helping John carry and put groceries away. Nope, uhah....no way Jose. A little pampering with his milk bath....wwwweeeelllllll......maybe.
