Okay, this one had me really stumped, see if you can guess.....

Wow, what is that? The tail looks like it's some kind of primate and the long fingers look vaguely lemur-ish, but those ears? I give up.

 

Those above were baby sugar gliders, btw .

Never even heard of sugar gliders! Sounds more like a dessert....

Ah, so at least the lemur suspicion was correct - shame on me, I've heard/seen both versions of Last Chance to See, I should've known that one .

And while I'm sharing links, Bing now apparently has a gallery where you can view (and download for wallpapers) all their background images.

 

Not my search engine of choice, but they have spectacularly beautiful images there, animal or otherwise.

I use Bing, love the photos! Google wouldn't work anymore with my older browser so I made the switch, I've been happy with it.

Going back to the previous page, that ad for Cesar with the Westie is absolutely wonderful.      Thank you so much for sharing that.  That Terrier family is so beautiful ... the Scotties, Westies and Cairns.  My late, lamented Hamish MacBeth was a Cairn, and Angus Murdo before him.  Best little furry people on the planet !  I miss them.

I have a picture of Hamish but I think I must be experiencing my Sunday Stunned thing today.  I checked out how to put a picture into a post ... and I actually used to do it all the time on another forum a while ago ... and, for the life of me, I can't figure it out.  I can't find the "quick reply editor" or even the "main editor" per the very clear instructions provided.  So I think that my Little Hairy Hamish might have to remain the mystery dog !

Let's see if we can't take the mystery out of this. Okay, first of all, to upload pics to this site (as opposed to, say, to imgur and linking from there) you need to leave the Fast Reply mode. You do so by clicking here:

 

 

Now you can attach pictures to your posting. But you need to get them from your local computer to the internet first - to this site, to be specifc. The (bigger) posting window now has a text saying Attach Files underneath it, and below it a button that should say something like "browse" (mine is in German because so is my computer - sorry about that). Anyway, click it:

 

 

A new window should pop up. Per default, this opens the My Pictures folder of your computer (again, sorry for the German, that's what Bilder means). If your Hamish pic is here, great - if not, you must go to the folder that contains it. As soon as you have located the pic of your choice, click on it (1). That will cause the name to appear in the window below (2) and when it does, click on open (3).

 

 

Now we're back at the main site. Note how the name of the picture has appeared next to the Browse button (1). Click on the Attach This File button below it (2) and there'll be a dancing symbol for a couple of seconds (3).

 

 

And then, your picture should appear above the Attach Files text, but below the main window (where you can enter text). Click on the Add to Post text.

 

 

A bit of text should now appear in the main window, looking similar to this:

 

 

Congratulations! When you click Add Reply now, your picture should be there.
