Everybody doesn't have to do that date, it's just a time I know that I'm available. We can plan our own events @ anytime & if others are also available that time they may or may not join the event.

Absolutely!  If you'd like to organize a party, you can either post your idea on the Have a Chat Room party! thread and see who's interested, or you can Private Message invitations to people you'd like to have at your party.
