  2. Get an attitude with someone who likes Elementary better & says the BBC version is boring. You then forever brand them as an idiot & make sure to log it away in your mind palace.
  3. I canceled the date. There were other things said during the conversation - honestly I wasn't looking forward to it anymore, so I went with my gut & canceled. I need an adventurous guy & one who is mostly careful with how they use their words with me. Words of Affirmation is, after-all, my love language.
  4. Which is why it really bothers me. If you're like this in the beginning, what else wouldn't he be willing to try.. Well we technically didn't just meet. We know of each other from high school.
  5. See? Case in point. Case in point
  6. I said exactly why I would stop watching. I implore you to read my post in it's entirety & you will see has nothing to do with gay bashing. I was really detailed & even mentioned had no problem with gay relationships on television. Also posted another comment about how the writers would really need to explain or pretty rewrite the entire show. I was detailed about that as well. I am not into politics when it comes to entertainment.
  7. Just because it's showing others are currently reading this thread, I would like advise. Ok, so I was setting up a date with this guy. The plan is to meet at my favorite coffee shop. My friends call me a coffee snob, because I love it and have a really good & trained palate when it comes to coffee. Well in the beginning he made me feel that coffee was something he was really into, not only that he's a playwright & stand-up comedian, so it makes sense that he would be into coffee. Most performing & visual artists are. Well we are setting a time for our date, then I start to talk about how I can show him how I was taught to drink coffee & how I fell in love with drinking it black, because of this method. He was like Naaaaaah, I'll put my sugar & cream in mine thank you... I will NEVER be as passionate about coffee as you are. That really bothered me... the phrasing Never ( This coming from the mouth of a writer, he understands the gravity of words. ), it made me feel like: 1.) Why wouldn't he do that with me. Just let me show him a little demonstration. 2.) I felt like his comment inferred that he felt my love of coffee is silly & a little frivolous. So now I want to cancel the date or have it somewhere else. What do you all think? Am I being too sensitive?... I don't know.

  12. Xmas.... we've pretty given up on X words, can only do so many.
  13. Hmmm Watson's a proper name, but I guess we can accept that. Cane
  14. I know right. Come up with your own ideas already. Smart marketing though. Can't they be sued, like Marvin Gaye estate versus Robin Thicke or Queen versus Vanilla Ice.
  15. Yes that's the one. It's okay, not as good as Sherlock... I was easily distracted during the show. Also he is referred to as Sherlock, Jokingly. I loved the movie Stranger Than Fiction though.
  16. Now that does make more sense. Per teddy bears don't go round and round a garden. Hmmm, interesting he didn't delete a useless rhyme from his main frame, but truly refused to know anything from the solar system. Although that does stick to canon, his lack of knowledge of the solar system & extensive knowledge of gardening, per chemical compounds & things, flowers grass & dirt & stuff could come in handy.

  18. Well ex- Kay - uuuuuuuuuuu - sssssss me. You & Mr. Moffat best friends or sumptin?

  20. His Last Vow was the tip of the iceberg for me. I want them to sink the titanic. I want to sob uncontrollably afterwards & sink into a deep depression.
