The Abominable Bride: Does It Mean Anything?
Amber§ replied to Arcadia's topic in Special and Series 4
WHAT?!!!!? Since when? He's right, after all. If someone shows to feel positive emotions, to love someone, he is vulnerable because his enemies could frighten him throug hurting people he loves. While if you show to be rude and indifferent, other people stay away from you and prefer to not make you angry. I'm not saying that positive emotions are, bad, not at all, I'm only trying to be in Sherlock's head- 217 replies

I think that showing himself crying was part of the scene he was acting, I think he had more to convince John that he invented everything and that he felt so guilty to decide to kill himself.

Our theatres and cinemas have numbered sits, when you buy tickets, at the theatre, you can spend from 15 euros to 100. The less expensive sits are in the back. At the cinemas I use to sits where is written on the ticket, but if I see a more beautiful sit that isn't occupied, well...nobody want such beautiful sits to be unused, right?

The Abominable Bride: Does It Mean Anything?
Amber§ replied to Arcadia's topic in Special and Series 4
I think that Moriarty is very very disturbed, if he kills someone only because he laughed at him. Sherlock more or less is a "normal" person and I think he understands that killing everyone who makes his life difficult is not the way [emoji28] Inviato dal mio C5303 utilizzando Tapatalk- 217 replies

The Abominable Bride: Does It Mean Anything?

I think that Sherlock is convinced that he made himself, but it's not the truth. I think that, during his childhood, something bad for him happened and it's why he became a sociopath. I believe the Mycroft is in part responsible, that would explain why he is so worried for Sherlock, maybe he feels a bit guilty.- 217 replies

You know your "Sherlock" obsession is bad when...
Amber§ replied to Joanhs's topic in BBC Sherlock General Discussion.
The best moment is when you use one of Sherlock's quotes and nobody understands you (except sherlockians, of course) :P -
Yes! But also a bit scary! [emoji28] Inviato dal mio C5303 utilizzando Tapatalk

Oh dear, a lot of crying babies! I don't like babies very much, they are so noisy! <_<

Merlin!!! I've watched all the five seasons! (Maybe not all the episodes of the first and the second). I love it! And I love HIM!!!
-
Sherlock is more important than Dr Strange! Oh, come on, Benedict! It's a matter of priorities!

Thakyou! I don't have my dictionary at the moment [emoji16] Inviato dal mio C5303 utilizzando Tapatalk

No, I didn't want to refer to the forum. But, I think it could be used also to describe you all, because "normal" people are boring, I prefer to talk and go out with "mad" people, because they are, I think, beautiful inside, because they make themselves as they want to be. I love this forum because you all are so spontainous (does this word exist?) and different, in positive, from the others Another phrase from Carrol's book:"Have I gone mad? " "I'm afraid so, but let me tell you something: the best people usually are" Inviato dal mio C5303 utilizzando Tapatalk

Do you mean my signature? I love that piece of Carrol's book! I love the Creshire Cat and I love Alice I think that sometimes it reflects people's way of living, in positive, of course

Poor John! I didn't realise that he's always kidnapped, threatened, used and exploited by everyone in the series, really! I think he's really addicted to danger, otherwise he would have abandoned Sherlock, after being almost killed twice (the first time by Moriarty, the second by Magnusen). Or maybe he's only a very very good man and friend and he loves Sherlock to much to leave him alone with his cases :P

Hi!! Welcome to the forum! I'm from Italy It's so strange that you haven't find any site where you can watch The Abominable Bride (TAB for friends hihihi), have you tried with english sites with subtitles? If you like writing I think you should try, no one judges you! If you like, you can post some of your stories here on the forum, I'd love to read them! Then....again, welcome and enjoy the forum!

Speedy's Cafe - General Chat about anything you like!
Amber§ replied to Let's_have_dinner's topic in Miscellaneous Musings
Yes, definitely. Why people have to go around and kill other people? Why? If everyone respects the other and does his job without hurting anyone, there won't be any wars, assassins and injustice. I always think about John Lennon's "Imagine". "Imagine all the people living life in peace". -
Oh, only another year to wait, not so much  Maybe we can threaten Moftiss.....
-
Fantastic! I want to see it!! Absolutely! I'll take the first flight to Berlin!

I was interested in the conversation about therapy. Well, I think that it's very difficult to find a therapist who can really help you, because not only he (or she) has to do a good job, but you have to find yourself at ease with him/her. You have to tell him everything about yourself (otherwise the therapy would be useless, I think). Some years ago I started therapy for some problems, but I had a very bad experience, because the therapit was very unpleasant and bored of her job. So I gave up. I think that more or less everyone needs to have therapy, for some reasons and problems, to have some help to solve problems and face difficulties caused expecially by adolescence.
