Liquorice (the sweet)

Kill (Eww I hate aniseed!) -I liked him in both, he's a pr*ck but every good fairy-tale needs a good old fashioned villain!-

Cranberry Sauce (The slightly bitter kind-As we are on the topic of food and the Christmas Season is upon us)

Kiss.

Brass bands (I never feel christmassy until I've heard a Salvation Army band playing carols - this week I caught them at my local tesco!)

Posted

Kill if they're bad (nothing quite so painful as a bad brass band).

Christmas shopping?

Kill

Snow

(I'm with you on the bad thing for brass bands but luckily I'm only exposed to fairly decent ones, I have quite a few family members in brass bands - we can cover cornet, trumpet, tenor horn and euphonium)

Kiss! (I love the snow, it makes it seem like Christmas)

Santa Hats

Posted

at the moment KILL, but if I was working Christmas, kiss (it can be a laugh seeing everyone in a hospital in a santa hat)

Reindeer (the real live ones - there's a herd in the Cairngorms national park)

The phrase "Season's Greetings" (personally I loathe it!)

Kill--The phrase should be, "Happy/Merry Christmas". People are so worried about offending other people these days...

Taylor Swift!

Posted

Not kissing or killing Taylor Swift as I have no idea who that is.

In response to the "Season's Greetings" thing I use cards that have that in for any non-Christian friends (unless I'm using the ones that say Happy Gothmas). Mind you, I have a selection of 'Have a Cool Yule' and 'Happy Hogswatch' cards too...

Just FYI, Rupert Graves is the actor who plays DI Greg Lestrade on Sherlock.  I think you made a good choice!

Thank you, Oops that's embarrassing, I guess you are thinking I should really have known that! I'm really bad with names though, especially if there are several main or regular actors in a show, I don't even remember half the character names in Game of Thrones, never mind the actors! thanks again and yes in that case I would definitely kiss :)

I'm dreadful with names myself, but after being really into Sherlock for three years, and then being on this forum for the past year and a half, I've finally learned all of the continuing actors.  (Took me a while to get Rupert Graves straight from Rupert "Ron Weasley" Grint, though!)

Kill - the same actor (Anthony Head) played evil Uther Pendragon in Merlin (I dislike the character not the actor!)
