Oh, actually I forgot why I think the above mentioned movie was amusing. Arnie pops up in a Universe where Terminator was played by Sylvester Stallone.

Grrr... thinking on monday... This doesn't agree with me.

Doesn't sound like Doyle is able to concentrate on his beloved historical novels in BBC Sherlock's world either. Maybe he's paying his bills by writing stories about Sheridan Hope and his loyal sidekick Ormond Sacker!

(Those were his original names for the characters that mercifully became Holmes and Watson.)

I am so grateful he finally chose Sherlock Holmes and John Watson.

Sheridan, Sacker? :blanket:

Let me try..

No shit, Sheridan..

I am Sheridanlocked.

Wrong! Wrong! Wrong!!!

Fairly dilute solutions of various opiates (such as paregoric and codeine) were legal for over-the-counter sales in the US far more recently than 1885.  I remember them being mentioned when I was a kid.

Okay, I think Twitter loves me today. Accidentally I made a post of my life.

Never had so many re-posts and mentions and likes since I registered.

Nice.

I've been trying to find the one in the drug den to no avail.

You'll find out about the same time the rest of us do (aka next year when S4 airs).

It's from the trailer. It shows some dark cellar lit by a torch/flash and a door with "no entry" written on it.

I found it only because I used that screenshot for the newest design. :D

BTW, there is another sign, more prominent on this door, and Arwel calls it another easter egg.

Adapting a well-known Chekhov's principle, Chekhov's Gun: "If in the first act you have hung the pistol on the wall, then in the following one, it should be fired."

Actually I thought Jones was talking about his own initials on the door. But maybe he always does that.
