Wasn't Smaug evil as well? And even though he is in the film - I am sure in the end some people twist it around in the fanfics and make him a fluffy kitten, or mostly as I already read about Smaug - a handsome shapeshifting misunderstood bloke / dragon or something.... So, the fantasy is free, isn't it...? :P

I actually ordered the colouring book with the Sherlock scenes. Today I managed to colour the Speedys Cafe canvas blind already. Guess I will take as much time to finish the pictures as they take with the new season, haha...but hey, at least no stress. And it's fun, maybe it brings me back to drawing stuff myself one day.

Erm, I wasn't there.... I considered to go, but I don't remember why I didn't eventually do it...was around christmas time, probably busy with other stuff, no money or something like that.... I wish you lots of fun - you can tell us then how it was, ok?

They showed it last year here too (in the cinema), shortly after the Hamlet thing. It's with Tom Hiddleston also in it, right? :D

When he was already here, I have missed him...I know they shot a bit of Captain America here, but that's all over now. :( Also I think they shot in Potsdam Babelsberg, which is not my area. Do you know if there's a premiere here for Captain America 3? I asked the woman behind the counter of the cinema at Sony Center if she knows already anything about where the premiere is, but she could not tell me. Usually if they are in Berlin they are at Sony Center or Zoo Palast...I only was once at a premiere at Sony Center and that was when the last LOTR was coming into the cinema, so - long ago! :D PS: It would be funny if I would meet him cos I think he's like 10cm smaller than me, the picture would be hilarious. Like the Hobbit meets an elf, I'm just not that slim and graceful like an elf though, haha...

It's nice to watch them work, I just would go nuts when there's all the screaming chicks in the background....I mean, really, it's not a rock concert or a premiere, so....I would find it hard to concentrate as an actor. I admire that they still can focus and also be nice to the people. If it was me I would possibly tell everybody just to shut the f*** up if they had to hang around anyway... :P I guess if I would stumble in that set accidentally, or even on purpose go to watch, I would rather like to be a mouse, so I can watch (of course being curious, but not at any cost...) but not disturb them, just out of respect. I actually live in an area where people do lots of photo shoots and filming, but I think I would never notice if they shoot something cool because I try to ignore most of it as it's only average telly crap. The tourists ask me sometimes where there's the places where they shot some stuff, and it's really mostly the telly crap they ask for, which I can't tell them because I don't give a sh*t - so I generally don't care what happens around here. Guess I must bump personally into Martin or Benedict to realize they would film here if they would, haha... My friend once was at a set where they filmed the recent Homeland season, cos she lives nearby. I don't watch Homeland, but it's way more interesting when they shoot stuff like that here than a stupid daily soap or casting shows, for example. It's funny - recently I witnessed some guy getting chased and eventually arrested in a street nearby, I was almost asking ' are you filming, or is this for real?' because they caught the guy like one meter beside the bin where I just recycled my glass bottles... :lol2:

Introverts, how is your day?

Today I actually had a lovely afternoon with a new friend. We got to know each other through rabbits (she and her boyfriend also have two lab rabbits that look like my Gandalf...) and noticed we're both film nerds, haha...and the good thing is we live not far from each other so it's easy to just spend an afternoon having a coffee/tea/beer or whatever and chat face to face. Also interesting: she studies psychology, and I have longtime therapy experience, so we always have something to talk about which won't be boring. -

Or you could use it as excuse - your kitchen is a mess, and you say: 'Just one of Sherlocks experiments...' : -
Yes, Sheldon rocks. Noooo, too many people died already on the show, so if you ask me - no deaths this season of significant characters, ok? Not even Mycroft, he's funny. (Only when they make him really stuff himself to death with the food, like in the special he was aiming to happen... he would die then with a chicken bone or something sticking out his throat...total comic relief! ) It would be like you'd kill Mrs. Hudson.... and who would make tea and biscuits then??? Nooo, no, that would not be good.

In Berlin the play is again on the big screen as an encore....(they showed the live broadcast last year) http://www.cinestar.de/de/kino/berlin-cinestar-original-im-sony-center/veranstaltungen/hamlet-encore-nt-ov/ now say cinema can't be educational.

Hehe, now I see 'Sherlock' in the picture, I have missed him hidden there first in the royal family.... ha, me too, I watched Sherlock first after I've seen the Hobbit (and I watched the Hobbit because I am a huge Lord of the Rings Fan, and now the Tolkien people can hate me since I haven't properly read the books... :P yes, and I knew Peter Jacksons films before LOTR by the way...he's just an awesome film maker!), because I wanted to know what else Martin Freeman does. Later I realized I have seen him already in a couple of films before, only didn't notice... But who cares, the main thing is we love the stuff, I guess everybody got different reasons to like what they like! Oh, that's Dr.Strange in the last pic...then he (Benedict) probably looks nice in it, too. :D Yes, it's strange, I also find fanfiction weird where people put actors together as themselves in different roles...guess it's a bit beyond my imagination.

I just read your DNA/clone discussion and had to think of Sheldon Cooper getting a napkin used by Leonard Nimoy as a present from Penny (in The Big Bang Theory)...I don't know if you have seen the episode, don't remember which one it was, but it must have been in one of the early seasons. Basically he also said he'd probably got his DNA and could make a clone of Mr.Spock then.

Which season? 6? I have seen yet until season 5 finale. Guess I'm pretty much behind compared to american TV, also german TV aired yet season 6 only on pay tv or amazon prime (which I both don't have), I read some people talking about it, but could not watch myself...waiting for the usual freeTV-station (it's called RTL2) airing the 6th season, hopefully they won't need until Halloween again (last year there was a rerun of all seasons and preview of season 5 on Halloween).

I found something awesome for therapy until the next season: http://www.buecher.de/shop/ab-12-jahren/sherlock-the-mind-palace/collins-mike/products_products/detail/prod_id/43488566/ Who needs mandalas? The mind palace - colouring book. XD -
Give him a mohawk, a tattoo and some ripped jeans, why not? Young Rebel Sherlock. :D

Huh ? What do you mean? those pics in the funny pics thread? (They are funny, I just don't get the last picture, who is the guy supposed to be on it with Sherlock? and why is there the royal family on the first one? because Sherlock is english? I like the ones with Gandalf and Bilbo relating to the danger love of John Watson, and Sherlock holding the Hobbit up. ) Why should Hobbit people hate Sherlockians? (if that made any sense, I must hate myself as I am as much a Hobbit fan as a 'Sherlockian', erm...maybe I am not fitting into the majority of it with that...? I don't care though, I like both the same, that's it, everything else is too much drama anyway :P ...and I am trying to be a chill person, discussions about fandoms 'hating' each other is stupid. It's like football (for americans: the european one, I know you guys say soccer to that... :P ) fans getting into each others faces because everyone thinks their club is the best. )

Isn't really Nemo, isn't it? Looks like it's smiling. :D I like fish, it's also my starsign.

Maybe I should have wrote most people think that I know what you mean, no problem. Sometimes things annoy one so much that you automatically say that's everybody, though it's still people who are not the same. It's just often hard to think of it and then express it, still happens to me too sometimes, even though I learned different. ;) I just think it's sometimes important to point it out.... So enough OT now, who wants to go on with association after 'Sherlock Special'...? Let's see, I try to think about it first now and say WATERFALL

Cool, tell us about Molly. About the zombies and them being smelly - that's why the still alive people cover themselves with their guts and stuff after killing them, so they can walk among the zombies unharmed. Maybe some people get a kick out if it, but I just think -> ...and wonder how it must be for the actors + what actually they use as that for the film as substitute...? I saw once a make up tutoring in a making of TWD, and it's disgusting enough, haha...especially for vegan people.
