From a Twitter source today, I heard that he and Sunny March Ltd. own the franchise of Letters Live., so he may be speaking as an actor/entrepreneur.

I believe it is called doubling up. Since it is on at the same time as the Sherlock convention, he is getting paid for both appearances, more power to him! Make hay while the sun shines etc.

Even so, the sentimental part of me would like to see him take some more time off and just lay low until his baby(s) arrive.

 

He's also leaving Britain for China (?) for the Laureus Awards (sports) in mid-April.  I would think that if Sophie were to go into labor early and he wasn't there, he'd  have a hard time with that.  Well, I'd HOPE he'd have a hard time with it.  One of the most important events in his life - he needs to be there!!!  So I'm hoping he slows dowwwwwwwn.

They say the lifesize, full length chocolate sculpture weighs a mere 40 kilos -- 88 pounds.  Now I'm trying to figure out what are the implications of their choosing to make him hollow.   ;)   (Seriously though, they probably just wanted to be able to lift him without getting a hernia.)

That was a beautiful letter. It would be fun to at least hear an audio if not see a video of that reading.  I'm sure she was brilliant.  And it's kind of fitting with She and Benedict expecting their first.

Very old news, but while looking for Little Favor I found out that Ben was at the Off Camera Festival in Poland last year to receive the Award for his achievements to independent cinema.

 

Now he has his own plaque at the Krakow's (which is considered Poland's cultural capitol, btw) Walk of Fame. I know where to go when I'm in the town next time.  :D
