It's astonishing really, because apart from being decidedly introverted, I usually test very near the middle on the other axes (is that the plural of axis or did I get it wrong?).

You got it right. But it looks weird, doesn't it?

What I liked about the Myers-Briggs testing is that the administrators said it was okay for us all to be different. I'd always felt so much pressure to conform before that, and finally someone was saying I had something to contribute just the way I was. Not only that, but what I had to contribute was valuable because I was different. That was huge for me, especially in the conformist atmosphere I was working in at the time. I think everyone should take it!

The 2 imaginative introverts are me. My imagination is very wild. A flooding river is tamer than my imagination on a bad day.

I was going to ask the same thing ... we're not a bit nosy, are we VB?

Errr... I think not.. errr...it's for research purpose, "topics and discussions among introverts while waiting for S4".

I usually don't have much use for personality tests or categoizations, but it really is uncanny how well the INFJ descriptions resonate with my personal experiences. Makes me feel good somehow, in a "finally someone understands me" kind of way :-D

Same here. I always feel out of place, and people always think I am different (which I don't mind) but sometimes question myself why am I like this? Am I supposed to be more like others? But why do I have to? Luckily the weird comes with confidence so nobody could bring me down or unnaturally change me. That's why (I think) I sympathize with misfits, people like Sally and Sebastian are real.

At least with this test I feel justified and not alone.

I tried not to look like the Grumpy Cat, but was not really successful with that.

Wha.... how come? What happened to Grumpy Owl?

Yeah, that's right! All's fair in love and ... uh, surviving the wait until S4!

Heh. On that last page I found this: http://personalitygrowth.com/myers-briggs-mbti-marvel-superhero-characters/

I'm Spiderman!

Peter Parker is extremely intelligent and logic-driven. He has an intuitive way of figuring out how things work, and constantly strives to improve upon things. He is capable of thinking outside of the box and seeing new potential outcomes. He is introverted and internal, often living inside of his own mind. He is likable, and has a very witty and off-beat sense of humor.

And I can shoot webs from my wrists!!! :d

I'd be Scarlet Witch which fits me. Question has she been in any of the X-men movies (haven't seen all of them yet).

Not in any of the ones I've seen, but she was never an X-Man anyway, was she? She was an Avenger. And she was in that.

Posted

The thing said she was part of both X-men and Avengers. Maybe she's in some of the comics but not the movies.

May I claim both Dr. Octopus and Magneto? You see, I can switch between both modes at will *angelic smile complete with sparkles, little flowers floating, puppies and kittens frolicking around* :D

That list makes me Prof Xavier from X men. Is he even a real superhero? Well, I suppose my type just isn't very heroic. (I don't like superheroes anyway.)

No. :p

He's just the world's most powerful telepath, if you don't want him, I'll take him!

About Charles Xavier, get in line, would you? He's got his own fans club which I too is a member. *adoring sigh* What a dreamboat.... A good heart, intelligent and that voice.... XD

You take Bruce Wayne, I take Clark Kent :lol4:

:dragon: A big YES! We get closer to men easier than with most women because of the way we think and behaves. Forget the stereotype of women having a big interest on romantic relationship and how other people feel all the time, we choose to play in the wonderful world of science and technology!

I will take hostage all the world's supplies of green globs, precursors as well as facilities to produce the raw materials. :lol4:

SD, regarding Bruce Wayne over Clark Kent.

Deal.

One condition, not his public persona.

And, you can take Moriarty, I take Sherlock? :P (It's like we are distributing cookies here  XD

I am sensing some, but PC is not my strong suit at all)

You don't want the Batcave and Batmobile (as well as a host of crazy criminals)? More for me then.

Feels free to take Jim and Sherlock both, I prefer their support systems over two high-maintenance brats.

Posted

Oh Batman, yes, of course I take everything Batman.

What I don't want is Bruce Wayne in his mask as spoiled playboy rich businessman, although... I like the way he kicks out his party guests in The Dark Night.

So no, Batmobile, Batcave and Batpod are all mine, you play with your red cape and underwear. :p

I heard Batpod is painfully slow though, and I like to question the ergonomic, it sucks for riding, way-too-extreme-backside-up-in-the-air. XD

Jim is up for grab. I take Sherlock only. :)

Why not? You can play Pepper Pots to Bruce Wayne's Tony Stark. *grins*

Go right ahead. I've found something tastier, more nutritious and less expensive.

Sooo.... while you two were out divvying up the bicep flexing superbimbos, I've nabbed me an all-powerful genius, Dr. Strange.

Fine, you can have Sherlock, but I get Cumberbatch.

For world's safety, evil unicorns don't babysit. :)

Deal.

I get Khan too, you can have All.

I don't know him. But from the idea of him, I have feeling I'll fight you for this. :P

Uh... thanks, but no thanks. And Khan is yours ... for now. If he ever gets out of the cryotube, though, all deals are off.

That would be very ambitious of you .... :D
