Why did you miss Billy? He has more camera time than BC.

???

Eh.. I believe Judy Dench (sp?) was holding Billy the skull.

Not really news but... just look at them!

Oh for ... are you drunk? That is a truly awful pun.

Got any more? :D

You mean pun is not only used for words? Gah.. your language is weird :p and apparently I make a lot of those puns without knowing it and it seems undesirable. :p

Don't worry, in that case, I'll keep doing it :)

Oh..papa Cumberbatch.

They have same

sexy

lips. XD

Pun in the sense that I thought you meant one thing when you actually meant another. In other words, a pun in my mind only. Because I'm so brilliant I can find puns even where there are none. :P

I love my language. You can have so much pun with it.

Nebulae are notoriously difficult to communicate with, dear Arcadia: you should see what Lieutenant Uhura and Councillor Troy had to suffer to get their message across! If you think of supernovae, quintuple the effort, at least! ^_^

Wait wait wait... at the risk of being off-topic for a while, that is my understanding of pun as well.

But...but.. is Billy the skull a pun? I saw the skull and I meant skull, like Billy. I didn't mean something else, that's why I'm confused.

Obsessed, yes. Seeing Sherlock everywhere, yes. But where is the pun? No pun as far as I know. Unless I accidentally say something I don't know?

@Inge, yes. Sometimes I confuse myself. But I also suffer to get my message across frequently; language barrier, frequency barrier. :)

Language is one thing, quite manageable I hope, but different frequency and way of thinking is absolute struggle. You know.

Oh, while we are speaking about mad language (not really!) at home I actually have some self-invented vocabularies that I use with close people who are willing to put up with me. It's fun though, especially when they get what I want to say, and best when they communicate back. :P Everything is so practical because I could use the same word for different meanings and it still works. :D (Yes people who love me are saints)

You didn't mean something else, but I thought you did. Or something. In other words ... I'm a big stupid. :d Seriously, this was all just me not thinking very clearly. Or something. A pun means what you think it does. I think.

So I will amend my statement. That's wasn't a truly awful pun; it was merely a really awful joke. See, problem fixed. xd

Eh... and by default I should feel better about it??!?

Well, yes I am :D

And of course this happiness also comes from not needing to re-learn the meaning of pun. :P

Okay..back to topic... gah... but I don't know anything you guys haven't already known.

Errr... errr.... hmmm.. eh.. okay,

Benedict Cumberbatch is currently filming Sherlock Series 4, I believe. ( I have nothing else! Nothing happens to me...regarding additional knowledge about BC)

Achtung, Achtung! (alert) Benedict as Richard of York on Saturday 14, BBC2 at 9:00 pm GMT, and as Richard III the following Saturday at the same time on the same channel.

ETA: After the reading through of Episde 2, Benedict and Sophie attended a musical evening: was the Sherlock experience so bad that a gentleman born and bred had to lower his head and practically drag his hapless companion and wife along behind him in such a manner? What is the world coming to?

Of course, E2 has been written by Mr Moffat, so Benedict may have had extenuating circumstances in his favour!

And if anyone on this forum thinks poor Andrew Scott is evil incarnate as Moriarty, they should watch Benedict as Richard of York! What a staggering, stunning, dazzling performance it was! Khan would run screaming from him, and as for the gold-loving dragon, he would have taken flight before such wit and malevolence!

The Return of All!

ETA: That site is a treasure-trove of photos and articles I've never seen before! Dang it .... I should sooooo be in bed right now and instead I'm looking at that d***ed Cumberbatch... :d

Surely, you mean that d#%^*#% elusive Benedict! Anyway, tomorrow at 9:00 GMT third and last part of the Hollow Crown with HIMSELF as Richard III. Really looking forward to his rendition of "My kingdom for a horse!"

ETA: Just finished watching the most thrilling rendition of this, one of the best of the historical plays! Once again, THIS Richard would have had Moriarty for breakfast! The scene with his mother, played by Judi Dench, alone was worth the whole of a Sherlock season. Can that man act? Not really, he can embody the very essence of any role he's given!

Fortunately or unfortunately, the director had also seen the cut sene from HLV, and fixated on those beautiful long fingers, using them as props for the background to the murder of The Princes in the Tower, and since they had rings on each digit, as was the fashion then, one was constantly reminded of Magnussen's chilling "a woman's hands"! Absolutely riveting!

Perhaps once he does move in, the neighbors should give a street party once a month just for the fact that he DOES live there.

And yesterday, tiny Christopher had a Busman's Holiday, celebrating his first birthday with Dad on the set! Found some lovely pictures, but can notoriously post no links, sorry!
