You know your "Sherlock" obsession is bad when...

We loved that show, and were really ticked off when it went off the air.  I don't recall it being what I'd call a great show, but it was very comfortable.

I was watching the British TV game show 'Tipping Point' yesterday and there was a female contestant called Benedict...I like that!

Obviously, her parents were completely ignorant of French subject agreement: it should habe been Benoite or Benedicte, denoting the female of the species!

Well she was an Afro-Caribbean lady, so I don't klnow if it's a cultural thing...my daughtert is Frances, but I know some girls who spell it the 'male' way 'Francis.'

Oh and it wasn't Tipping Point...it was ' The Chase!

When you read a fanfic featuring bamf John and reminded one of the reasons why you like SHERLOCK- because it is multi-dimentional and ordinary people also get their chance to shine and not merely exist as support to make 'the main hero' look good and or extraordinary.

Monk is apparently another SH spin-off.

Oh really? I used to watch that and quite fond of it.

My friends use 'monk' as a verb,"are you monking again?" when I was displaying my OCD (and its very light, I swear. Some things just have to be perpendicular and spotless to restore the balance to the universe).

Oh yes, I remember there were quite a lot of deductions, well he is some sort of detective too.

I actually followed few seasons but stopped, can't remember the reason, probably it got boring and predictable over time.

Still cackling even after watching the first meeting of John and Mycroft in a warehouse for the umpteenth time. What an introductory meeting. Hilarious! :D

I love it that John doesn't put up with any of Mycroft's bull right from the start.

So I thought of another charm for the bracelet... a goldfish.

A goldfish! That's a really great idea!

BisonSkullFromSherlockology_zpsez0eewi7.

from Sherlockology

They call it a bison skull.  I believe the one on the right is as-purchased, and then they spray-painted it black and added the headphones.  Sorry it's so low-contrast, but it should be photoshoppable.

When you help your son get signed up for this forum so that he can join in the craziness and it's on his birthday so you have to start his birthday thread as well just because you're mom....and that's what mom's do! (last section read like Moriarty on Bart's roof [or was it the pool *now needs to re-watch both episodes to remember*] by the end :) )

Christmas is coming in 6 months and 13 days so that could work. Then I just realized that my word posts should have been coats.

When while walking in the woods you see a spray bin with bright yellow color and you expect to see the 1 and 15 written on the next tree.

BTW, does someone have the London A-Z at home? Maybe we should check if the numbers really mean what was said in the movie. Maybe there's a hidden message form the makers :D
