So droll!  So droll!  Sherlock humor is the best!!!

Okay, so i have this .jpg that reads "I speak fluently in movie quotes" and I'd prefer one that said, "I speak fluently in Sherlock quotes" in the Sherlock font.  Can anyone on this forum make that for me?  Pretty please?

There's a Sherlock-esque font on dafont.com, right here.

I don't really have a decent photo editing program, tho.

You read a transcript or watch an episode and remember doing a Sherlock Hangman on the forum for the particular line(s) you just came across.

You download a few favorite pieces of Sherlock episode music... then later on buy the whole album because... you're just too OCD not to have the whole thing.

Or even worse, you're trying to figure out a Hangman quote, and realize (with only three or four letters filled in) that you not only know what the quote is, but also that the poster has quoted it a bit wrong.

Or as the poster, you realize you entered it wrong shortly into that round.

You know your obsession is bad when you start shipping almost every single ship that is even slightly logically possible just by considering it for five minutes.

:o

That's not bad, that is gooooood.... for the soul  :D

The skull at Sherlock's room is actually belongs to the late and not lamented Mr. Hudson

Is that why Mrs. Hudson borrows it sometimes?  Maybe she wants to tell him what a terrible husband he was?

You ask your mom for what word she would associate with flea, add her answer after yours, then read her part of how you got to that point, and finally tell her what the starting word was 79 pages earlier.

True.  And that's straight from canon!  Here's a paragraph from "The Dying Detective" that Fox quoted a while back:

Mrs. Hudson, the landlady of Sherlock Holmes, was a long- suffering woman. Not only was her first-floor flat invaded at all hours by throngs of singular and often undesirable characters but her remarkable lodger showed an eccentricity and irregularity in his life which must have sorely tried her patience. His incredible untidiness, his addiction to music at strange hours, his occasional revolver practice within doors, his weird and often malodorous scientific experiments, and the atmosphere of violence and danger which hung around him made him the very worst tenant in London.

Mrs. Hudson, another hidden adrenalin-addict of Baker Street 221  :D

As you wish  :P

See below that I originally posted in the Hijacked Thread :)

And the build team had Rossini's Overture for Thieving Magpies playing during the 2nd part of their testing.  First thing to come to mind: Moriarty dancing with the fire extinguisher.

So do we know what those two pieces of music are from TEH from the restaurant scene?

The one with words is: ¿Dónde Estás, Yolanda?  The other could be part of Floating Dust or #Sherlock Lives

You know your obsession is bad when you walk by a poster of Si Robertson (from the US show Duck Dynasty) and wonder how he & Sherlock would get along.

And another: your brain won't shut down for sleep until you remember where the unknown song that was in your head all day came from (mystery was solved).

It's the whole Yolanda song, thanks.  Just downloaded it from ITunes.  I think the one they used was from Pink Martini from their album Sympathique.  Worth it for .99.  Now I feel like my Sherlock music from S3 is much more complete.  I guess they couldn't get the license for it to use on the S3 music CD.  Too bad.

Well, you could post 'em on the forum, as long as it's a semi-reasonable number of photos.  In fact, why don't you start a new thread, called "What Episode Is This From?" or something of that sort?  Then people would have somewhere to go when they can't quite place a bit of dialog or a screencap or whatever.

Because I'm not able to post any pictures.  Hasn't worked for me since the summer.
