I wish. My dad and his 3 youngest siblings are that way.

Besides their looks what do they have in common?

Posted

And besides that.

Ha...I thought they are Queen's doppelgangers as well. But then again, I don't really remember how the queen look like.

So, there is something suspicious about my third statement about whether they are related to you. Is one of them your grandma or great grandma or great great grandma or..you know where I'm going.

The other one maybe not-so-convenient relationship, based on your I wish statement. Perhaps a 'step' relationship, or second wife or mistress or I'm wayyy off chart.

Or maybe the other one is from your husband side and you guys compare and realize they look so much alike or know each other or far related/indirectly.

So you are not looking for something in common in term of look, I believe they won't have something in common internally as well, like sharing the same kidney or something, because they are generation apart. So what is it? Could one of them is someone famous (bcs you didn't respond to this) like a serial killer, but then there is no similarity other than look because I don't think you have a serial killer ancestors to share similarity with that someone. Eh... do you?

So what is it? Same occupation? Can't really tell from the pictures.

Doppelgänger of the queen would be correct for the bottom picture as the top is the queen. Technically the 2 have nothing in common beyond that unless my grandmother (bottom picture) has some Norwegian or Swedish royalty in her ancestry that connects with the British line somewhere. I have a better chance of being related to Her Majesty through my grandmother's mother-in-law where my British Isles bloodline comes in via colonial immigration.

Giant lego?

Storage unit for storing thin blue pads?

No.

Nope.

Why on earth you need storage unit for thin blue pads? :D

Well, you can't just leave them lying around, they'd get wet and dirty.

Okay, this thing is outdoors. The way it's cropped suggests if I could see the rest of it, it would be obvious what it is. There appears to be a horizontal bar at the far right; part of a ladder, maybe? Or maybe just the top of that area. Hm... the blue looks like foam ... something to protect whatever is inside that compartment? It's got lots of nuts and bolts, which implies it's built to be sturdy. Part of a machine, maybe? I can't think of any reason whatever for the U-shaped notch at the top so will assume that's merely cosmetic. :p Oh, and this looks like the backside of something that the public wouldn't ordinarily see.

Soooo....

A jungle gym for kids?

A sculpture made of recycled war machines?

A dumpster?

The door to a submarine?

Good observations!

Outdoor. Yes for this one.

If we see the rest, it would be obvious? Maybe yes, maybe no.

Horizontal bar is not part of ladder but there could be a ladder somewhere.

Blue foam, yes. Protection, could be.

Sturdy, yes.

Part of machine, no.

Backside that public wouldn't ordinarily see, could be.

Not jungle gym for kids.

Not scuptures.

Not dumpster.

Not submarine. XD

Is it some sort of kiln/furnace

Posted

So you could find one of these things indoor too? But it's so .... ugly ....

Part of a barrier of some kind, like a fence or wall?

Posted

Not kiln/furnace or maze.

It's possible to find this indoor.

Well, ugly is relative. :p

Technically not fence or wall, but can be considered as some sort of barrier.

Is it some kind of play castle for kids?

Posted

I thought of that too, but all those hard, sharp corners ... kids could poke an eye out! Wait ....

It looks like metal or hard plastic. But is it something softer? Like, um ... uh .... aha, rubber?

Posted

Nope! Those are indeed hard and sharp corners, and kids could poke an eye or lose a tooth or something. XD

So it's not play castle.

The only part that is soft are the paddings.

Is it movable, or fixed in place?

Posted

Good question.

There are some fixed parts, but yes, there are a lot of flexible/moveable/openable parts.

Part of a stage set?
