What was the Doctor Who item?  Or does that come later?

One of these Titan figures, but an exclusive one for Nerd Block. I got the 10th Doctor but the one I got has glasses and a pinstriped suit. I'm not a toy collector but my boss has been bugging me about not having any personal items in my office so I might bring him to work.

What is that in her hand -- a lab flask?  So maybe Molly is a doctor back then too?  (Or maybe that's just her water bottle?)

That thing, whatever it is, looks decidedly un-Victorian (plastic and all that). Probably just a water bottle to keep her throat from becoming dry or something.

I agree that the blue part looks suspiciously plastic-y.  But the clear part could just as easily be glass.  Looks like an Erlenmeyer flask to me!  :P

Plastic water bottle.

Don't you just love the shoes?

Not disputing, but have you ever actually seen a water bottle shaped like that?  Admittedly a lot of things are different in the UK vs. the US.

Wouldn't know about the shoes.   :comp:   That photo is on Pinterest, which keeps harassing me to join by covering the bottom half of the screen with a black banner.  If they weren't so obnoxious, I might be able to actually tell whether I'm interested or not!

Maybe somebody got her a water bottle shaped like a lab flask as sort of a joke -- what with Molly working in a lab.

Re-looking at that pic, the water bottle is definitely not shaped like an Erlenmeyer flask. It's more hour glass like only without the curve. & definitely interesting footwear, kind of looks like slippers.

It's just a water bottle with a filter:

Looks like Loo just has on Uggs under the dress?

Thanks, CAMPer and sitty -- I just enlarged the photo a bit to be sure, and you're both absolutely right.  My eyes must have been playing tricks on me the other day.  But at least by displaying the photo on a separate tab, I was finally able to see the shoes you've been talking about.  Could be Uggs, right, or could be the Victorian version of sensible shoes, but when I blow up the photo a bit more, they looks more like Uggs.

Have we just about sucked all the juice out of Christmas-Special Setlock?  :P

That coat is also hilariously large on Loo.  Did she borrow it from someone?  lol

I think they have some oversized coats, so that the actors can put them on over their costumes. It also might be true with those Uggs. The period shoes have plenty of buttons :D

Right -- that's the con I meant.  Don't think Comic Con had quite started when I posted that.

The picture with his shadow in the door's glass should be made into those adhesive door covers - you know what I mean?

Of course! :)

You mean something you can attach to your own door or window glass to make it look like this? I'm amazed that it doesn't seem to be available already -- J.P., there's your next project! (Note: Such things seem to be called "window film," and they apparently adhere by static or something, rather than actual adhesive, so you can move them.)

Well, whaddaya think? :D

That's cool, J.P. -- but what is it a picture of -- have you actually made up a window film like that, or did you photo-shop it?
