It was interesting and lovely interview,  I feel recently we have learnt an awful lot about Mr Cumberbatch, he seems to be opening up a little more and we seem to be seeing more of his personality.

Seems like you can't browse the internet without tripping over a Cumberbatch these days ... NPR (radio) interview:

Yes it does.  It is so fitting.  (And it's a good pic of Benedict)

Anybody know which stores sell Time Magazine? (if any?) Been to several, can't find. Is it subscription only now?

Maybe the fans have already bought out this entire issue?

Look for an out-of-the-way store in a non-hip neighborhood.

Mmmm, don't think so, I've been looking every day since Friday when it was supposed to come out. I don't see any Newsweeks, either, now that I think of it. It's odd... there's People, and a bunch of special interest mags, and that's it.  ???  Guess I'll see if the library still has its copy, they usually disappear before I get to them.......

Saw this on FB earlier today.  Finally able to post it.  Thought it was kind of cute.

Benedict's fiancee has now been given her own animal for memes and the likes.

In case you're not sick of them yet, here's a page that links to several different "Imitation Game" videos, including one rather lengthy Q&A with the cast and director. http://www.cineplex.com/News/INTERVIEW-Benedict-Cumberbatch-Keira-Knightley-and-the-cast-of-The-Imitation-Game?cmpid=twitter

Have you tried an actual newsstand or a bookstore that has a large magazine department?

FWIW, I believe Newsweek stopped publishing in hard copy.  No idea about Time.

don't know if there's any more truth to this one than to Dr. Strange rumors...

The other day I watched a video of an interview she did where she said that. The way she said it still kind of has it at speculation because of potential schedule conflicts and the likes. But if it does work out, then there's a strong probability.

Do such things still exist in other parts of the world? Cuz they don't anywhere near me.....

Me neither, the only time I ever read either of them is when I'm at the doctor's office. That would, however, explain why all the issues are so old .... :D

According to Time's website, they're still selling print subscriptions.  Ditto Newsweek.  They both also offer digital subscriptions, though.

I don't want a friggin' subscription, I just wanna read the Cumberbatch interview! Maybe I should make a doctor's appointment for next year......

Hmmmm. I'd give my eyeteeth to see BC in a really good comedy, but ... em, er, uh .... Jennifer Anniston? Srsly? Apologies to any Anniston fans, but ... Benedict, when I say run, run!

I haven't watched either of the first 2 movies (the 2nd just released) so if he does do this movie, sorry Benedict won't be watching. There are better comedies to be a part of.

My *ahem* point was, they are both still being printed.  Therefore, and since they are general-interest publications, they are undoubtedly still being sold by the each -- somewhere.  You don't have Barnes & Noble in your area?

Just curious -- if you haven't seen the first two, how do you know that they're not your cup of tea?  Seen the ads, maybe?  I don't recall seeing the ads for those particular flicks myself, but judging by the comedy-movie ads that I have seen in recent years, the chaff does far outweigh the wheat.

From the ads also I avoid any comedy that's rated R as I've found it's not worth it. They get to raunchy when they don't need to be. It ruins how funny it could have been otherwise.

Sometimes yes, and sometimes no -- in my personal opinion.  But then I'm willing to put up with a good bit of toilet humor if the movie has substance.  And I don't have kids.

Yeah, there's a B&N, just not nearby. Sigh.

Because I've seen other things Jennifer Annistan has been in.

(Sorry, Jen, I'm sure you're a very nice lady but, um .... RUN, Benedict!!!!!)

I guess all I've seen Aniston in (other than Friends, of course, which I liked) is The Switch, which wasn't great, but it was kinda cute.
