Khan reminds me of a few of Benedict's characters: Khan, All, and Sherlock with a touch of a Star Wars Padawan for good measure.

Am I the only admirer of Benedict Cumberbatch who is not very attracted to Khan? I mean, yeah, he did a fantastic acting job (especially compared to some other cast members, imho) and The Voice is always a treat, but I am not too fond of that sleek, beefed-up look. I much prefer Sherlock, especially series-1-Sherlock...

You will get a beefed-up BC for Dr. Strange.  Did you see the pics of him on the red carpet for the Star Wars premier?  He has definitely beefed up.

Oh, good -- here I've been thinking that I just wasn't paying attention, but now J. J. Abrams says that the movie really does have some fundamental story problems.

I do not, however, agree with the fans who are calling it the worst Trek movie ever.  To me, it's clearly no worse than fourth from the bottom of the heap, well ahead of The Final Frontier (the one with Spock's half brother, Grizzly Adams), First Contact (the one that Zephrem Cochran should sue for defamation of character), and Nemesis (the one with Picard's clone).

I loved it, and not just because BC was in it. So I'm going to stick my fingers in my ears some more and pretend I didn't hear "story problems...."

I actually thought he looked pretty amazing as Khan .... but yeah, I prefer the whippet Sherlock too.

Love both Sherlock and Khan's look, lean more to Khan.

Although actually, before these, I wouldn't categorise BC as my type at all.

It started with the voice, and to me, brainy is always always sexy. Both characters are oh so smart.

Equally the personality and sense of humor (this one is BC).

Marriage doesn't really change people. Watching Sherlock does.

Actually, Khan was the first time I ever saw BC in... anything.   Oddly enough, I was strangely attracted.  I couldn't really pinpoint why, and I thought this guy is kinda odd looking, but kinda attractive too.  I took no issue with the beefed up, slicked back hair look on him.  I will say that the look ages him, though.  I would have guessed he was 40s based just on Khan?
