Here I am, relaxing after a long and stressful day at work. Might have given me a wrinkle or two.

That tail cracks me up, one of my cats does that, wraps it around my wrist to try to stop me escaping.

I vote to change Two Turtle Doves into Two Dabblers Dabbling!

Hey, we are not a Christmas present! We are free ducks! We will not be folded, spindled or mutilated!

...or something like that.

Actually it's intended more as torture to the receivers of the present. XD XD

Did we discuss this before, about how this person's house looks, smells and sounds like on the 12th day of Christmas?

He/she would have

12 patridge in a pear tree

22 dabbling dabblers

30 french hens

36 calling birds

40 golden rings

42 geese a laying

42 swans a swimming

40 maids a milking

36 ladies dancing

30 lords a leaping

22 pipers piping

12 drummers drumming

Who wrote that song? Gaaaah. :blanket:

You look exactly like what I imagine, don't understand why you complained about your curls though.

And good god, you are not in your back yard! Wait until John sees you, he would offer you a napkin.

There are more potential authors and sources and variations to that song with it starting as a chant to it ring both religious and not religious at the same time. So figuring out its origin...to quote Moriarty "Well have fun with that."

I don't really want to find out who he/she is.

I'm just curious if he/she thought about the consequences of his/her action. :p

Just the drummers drumming would be enough to drive anyone mad, and that’s without wading through birds and their droppings.

I’d be in the back yard if the temperature wasn’t at zero.

Makes one wonder why somebody thought it would be a good idea to breed for those characteristics. Because they're cute? (Wonder if they'd think it was so cute if they had to clean their own faces like that.)

Carl Barks once made Uncle Scrooge try to gift these presents, in The Thrifty Spendthrift.

I may have posted this before... but I'm getting dangerously close to festive this evening.

SO MANY cute baby animals. And there is a mini narwhal in the punch bowl, what more could you want?

It it loads an extra tab full of ads every time you switch pages. (At least I finally figured out that a double-click goes to the next page -- I'm used to clicking on a right-arrow or swiping.)

I didn't get that! I just saw the row of almost naked women along the bottom, advertising video games and sex chat sites. I was amused.

Not exactly what you expected from Uncle Scrooge?  ;)

P.S.:  Pages take a long time to load, at least on my hookup.  You may not have waited long enough.

Something that grosses me out about Sphinx cats is that I read you have to bath them a lot since they don’t have fur to soak up their natural oils... meaning they’re prone to getting greasy. Eurgh. It’s like when I was looking at dogs and read you have to clean the wrinkles on a pug’s face with a cotton bud... which completely revolted me.

Being less protected from natural element actually make Sphinx cat more cuddly and they tend to be closer to their human. But then again, I don't fancy owning one, they look kind of creepy.

I didn't know you have to do that with pugs. What about Sharpei then?

Anyway, beside cute with funny face expressions, I think pug is quite.. eh.. undoggy dog. It seems like they get tired very easily. Saw them a couple of times on the beach and it's always; they refuse to play, and there was one who was puffing like mad and couldn't keep up with the owner and his other two dogs who didn't look tired at all. Poor thing, I thought he was going to collapse right then and there.

Beary dog!

I used to think pugs were awful until friends of mine took one in whose owners had emigrated to another country and left her behind. We all fell in love with her eventually. She certainly had plenty of energy! They had big dogs of their own and the pug not only ran with them but quite often was still keen on a game of tag with us humans afterwards. She could jump up onto tables and dance on her hind legs too. After a while, everybody forgot how ugly she was because she was such a funny, affectionate little goofball.

I like them, I think they are the kind of ugly that is somehow adorable.

Well, it's been a good while since we've had an otter meme . . .

I'd say he doesn't like watermelon so much . . .
