Who is in the hospital? Who lies in the morgue?  :o

I have the impression that it's Sherlock in the hospital bed, though not entirely sure why. Was that definitely the morgue?  Maybe it's Moriarty's body again?  That would freak Sherlock out for sure.  I know it's never twins, but please don't let it be [adult] clones!

 

Toby's laughter is soooo creepy.

I take it you mean the actor -- rather than the dog?  :P

I don't get the feeling that it's the morgue.  And remember, these bits are pieced together and may not be consecutive from the actual series.  We don't know what Sherlock is reacting to.

He could still be there in a professional capacity -- as an associate consulting detective. Or as a doctor, really. From what I've seen, British doctors dress about the same as American ones, in regular clothes -- sometimes with a lab coat over them, but only surgeons wear scrubs, and only while doing surgery.
