I didn't get that site to work on my phone either, but I found a German version where you didn't have to sign in or anything.

 What I like to do with these things is read through all the "types" and then just decide who I am based on the description rather than my score, thinking "I know me better than you do, stupid test designer person." In this version, I think I'm somewhere between the "protector" and the "counselor" type.

Oh, Carol, the German site did have percentages. Apparently, I'm close to 50/50 in most areas, so my result doesn't actually mean much...

OK, got it. Rational (NT) in Keirsey's, Architect INTJ-A in 16personalities. Percentage in 16personalities's different from humanmetrics' *shrug* confusing.

OK, just took the test at www.16personalities.com and got ISTJ.  Huh.  Although, I was really borderline on the N/S and T/F.

Hey, that one offered percentages as well! And I got INFJ again. I always get INFJ with that system. *Shrug*

Oh dear, these silly tests are quite addictive. I now feel the need to go back and answer questions insincerely, trying to figure out how I can get a certain result.

I should be going to bed. A colleague at work noticed today that I was shaking. She asked whether I was nervous (I am so glad she didn't think I was drunk!) and I honestly answered no, I'm sleep deprived. I forgot stuff as well and dropped things. The forgetting got so bad that I forgot to write things down so I wouldn't forget them. Some sleep would really be good for me. If I could only get it. I'm just not tired until about 2 or 3 a.m.

That's probably the result of the random schedule they've got you on -- your body never knows when it's bedtime. But a wise doctor once told me that the important thing is to get one's rest. So go to bed, regardless. You can lie there reading or working crossword puzzles if you like -- just nothing stimulating (so no writing or planning, and no bright lights such as television or computer screens).

Your getting some sleep (or rest) would also really be good for the people you're doing the work for!  ;)

@Carol: Maybe they include the percentage in the 'purchased' report just to make you curious lol. Keirsey-Bates are different from MBTI, or so I gathered from reading a whole lot of articles since Arcadia started the temperaments-madness :P

Who, me? :angel2:

Yup, I know they're different.  It's just that I like that particular feature of the MBTI tests.

Actually, I may be the one to blame for the Myers-Briggs "madness"!

See!!! See!! I'm not the only troublemaker around here!

Unbelievable!!!! I've been on this forum ... what, over a year now? ... and I've only just now discovered the "undo" button.

:wtf:

Do you know how much time that silly thing would have saved me?  :comp:  Argh!

Undo?

It's the little blue back-arrow in the row of buttons at the top of the reply box.  If you decide you prefer what you had before you "fixed" it, you can go back to that (as long as you haven't actually posted it in the meanwhile) -- just keep clicking "Undo."

It's one of my favorite buttons!  :D

Umm, attempting to translate what I take to be German keyboard terminology -- shift/ctrl Z?  OK, I'll try that -- wow, whaddaya know!

Since my experiment (above) actually worked, the Windows equivalent is apparently "Control" which is abbreviated on the key as "Ctrl."

Or you can do what I've been doing, which is to cancel the whole stoopid thing and start over from scratch...

Oooo, interesting, why did it undo only a few letters? Ah, I see...... Oh yes, this is definitely my new friend. Hmmm, what does that replace button do? Eeep! It's like a word processor!

Oh the fun we have.  What would Sherlock think besides that we were all idiots who were too easily amused. :) ;)
