If you never pointed it out I'd never notice it's a pun. Now I'M JEALOUS!

Anyway, twenty one years! I haven't even stayed in one place for that long. How on earth do you..

And beware, your antiseptic tube is eligible to go to any bar or casino now.

But look at the bright side, it is also at the right age to produce new tiny antiseptic tubes.

I think I must have appropriated it from my mother at some point, and it would have been eligible for that three years ago. ;)

Not to bring down the tone again, but more horrifying news. It's a bank holiday weekend, they now think there are another two or so bombs in the hands or terrorists, and all hospitals have been told to prepare to deal with an influx of patients from an attack sometime over the weekend. :( I'm so glad I don't live in any of the big English cities, and hopefully the people I know who do will have the common sense to avoid busy areas.

It's completely and utterly inappropriate, but I can't be the only one, whenever I hear of something terrorism related here I always think 'Mycroft, you're slacking.'

He must have been I think.

Wait until VBS finds out Carol made a pun. She'll be so jealous. :P

Hey, I didn't make that pun, I just noticed it!  Pseud set us up, then played all innocent!

(At first glance I thought that had something to do with sports.  Silly me.)

That's the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, sponsored by the Manchester City Council and the British Red Cross.  (Donations can be made through the Red Cross site.)

Earth don't ride 8.000.000.0000 people.

We sad when per person dies. People, hopes, expectations...

I don't know. Maybe I am sensitive.

I wish more people were sensitive like you, Doe. I think the world would be a better place.

Could you perhaps cut down your hours so you can do your current job some days and a different job on others?

This forum needs a sympathy button!  Wow, that is tough.  One of the worst things about twelve-hour workdays is that you have hardly any time to look for other jobs.

Where you live are there agencies that hire people to do temporary work for other companies (in offices, factories, etc.)?  You might want to check with some of those agencies and see if they would have work for you.  If so, then maybe you could quit your current job and do temp work for a while.  The pay would probably be less than what you're making now, but at least you'd have some income, plus you'd have time to look for a better permanent job.

There aren't agencies here.

I will think something.

Maybe volunteer work? Sometimes you get paid, but it isn't much.

Maybe but before I must rest. I should listen myself, my dear.

This is how I did it. It worked for me.

Doe, are there a lot of jobs where you live? Or is it hard to find a job? If it is hard to find a job, you should be careful. If it is easier to find a job, then it might be worth taking a chance. It is not healthy to be unhappy in your work.

Good luck!
